Tomorrow's game blacked-out in Buffalo

Game not sold out.

Hey, why don't a bunch of Phins fans fly over to Buffalo, make a long weekend of it, buy up the tickets. Then the team can be cheered on by their own fans! After all, that's what our opponents do to us, right?

The answer is, the weather is undesirable. Undesirable in general in Buffalo during December, but with a forecast of precipitation, REALLY undesirable.

And speaking of our own team's fans in Buffalo, whatever happened to former-regular-poster who lives in Ontario but usually made it to every Dolphins game in Buffalo every year? can't remember his username for the life of me. I believe he coaches high school football up there--he'd often post updates on how his team was doing. Whatever happened to that guy; I enjoyed hearing from him especially when the Buffalo away-game rolled around.

Realist
He took a lengthy hiatus once before to go back to school or something or maybe all the negativity got to him.

The blackout would only affect the residents around the stadium in Buffalo, roughly a 50 mile radius. Directv will broadcast everywhere else.

yeah isn't that something? Boston is broadcasting Denver v Houston!! Denver is 11-3 and houston has the WORST record in the LEAGUE! Wow, what a contest with riveting playoff implications, eh?

It's only because Peyton has the chance to beat one of Brady's records this week. Big deal! They should obviously show our game, its outcome affects the Patriots. But no, everyone is afraid of one of Tom Baby's records falling. Unbelievable.

Yes, it was realist! And you're right, that rings a bell about him going back to school, he came on and said that at one point.

I don't think it was the negativity--he was most active during the Fiedler era and the atmosphere back then was more negative than winter fahrenheit temperatures in Antarctica.

Realist if you're out there, hopefully you're going to the game and are going to see a big Phins win. Hope everything is well.

Realist was always the ultimate realist.
