Now that the dolphins are playing well he is now slowly saying that they " should" make the playoffs.

After week 3 , I heard him on the radio saying that this team although 3-0, would be either 6-10 or 7-9.
I posted here...letting everyone know what he said "on the record"

He said that tannehill is deficient....etc....He said that the running game was horrible...etc ...he said that we are incapable of beating " good" teams with good qbs....


He is an absolute phony.
he claims to know a lot about football/ dolphins.....he has no clue what so ever!

I guess he was wrong about tannehill and he was wrong about RG3 as well.

Tannehill is playing lights out while RG3 is an injured mess.

Omar is right about 40%/50% of the time, he probably covers the Fins the most on Twitter, so it's hard not to follow him, but you have to take his Tanny bashing with a grain of salt.

What does it really matter? He's just one opinion. His job is to draw attention to himself and the rag he works for.

I actually like my football news, not being corrupted with Omars nonsense... I can tell you it is much more enjoyable then listening to 90 percent garbage to get 10 percent of actual insight, you have to wade through with Omar.... He pretty much sucks........

So this guy is a reporter? On TV? Seen in Florida? I imagined he was a beat writer of an opinion variety or had a column in a Miami newspaper.

He is on the radio almost every day reporting on the dolphins...criticizing them at any possible moment.
He actually provides good information ....BUT ,,,is always ready to offer his opinions and predictions which are always completely wrong ......

some of you get all worked up if every beat writer and/or poster here doesn't pick the phins every week and doesn't praise them on a daily basis.

That is the funniest thing I have ever heard... I could care less who Omar picks to win a game... He is just a douchebag, who thinks so much of himself his journalism is crap...He thinks he is part of the story and people want to hear him as part of the story, talk about delusions of grandeur... His newspaper is junk crap that is dieing or they wouldn't let him get away with such crap.. He should move on and go cover the bills or something... Absolutely not. BUT can you at least support them once and a while when they are not doing that great? Case in point:

Ryan Tanehill. Kid came here with less experience then some High schoolers at the position. But he won the starting Job and showed so much Raw ability. never lost focus , and shook off setbacks and Interceptions like they never happened. NO SUPPORT. people wanted to treat him like the Robot Henne. We have so many great players not given the chance to develop. How many GREAT players leave here only to thrive elsewhere? The Dolphins were like the farm league for the rest of the NFL. Sorry a lot of Dolphins fans suck. And when you have beat writers like Omar around its not hard to see why.
