Possible scenarios.....

Bal beats Cin: Bal is on a 4 game win streak but the wins have come against flawed teams like Jets, Steelers, Vikes, Lions. They beat Cincy in the first meeting but squeaked by the last 3 weeks. They scored by 6 FG's last week.

Bal beats NE.

Cincy gets beat by Min.

They Ravens went 1-4 last year to end the season and then won 4 straight post season games to win the SB.

For Miami, they earn a spot THIS week with a win AND IF Bal and Cin lose.

Baltimore can clinch with a win, Miami loss and SD loss.

Would you rather NE beats Bal so we get in this week (with Cin loss) OR

have Bal beat NE and then lose to Cincy next week so we get in that way (with 2 Miami wins)?

I will be rooting for NE and Min this week. Yuk, spit!

As it looks, we could be going to Cincy again for a WC game.

I live here in Cincy and I would like us to get in and somehow play in Indy instead because of the dome. With that said, I think Cincy and Indy are both prime for being beat. Cincy definitely and with the weather being 65 tomorrow, it will be anyone's guess as to the weather will be if they come here to play.

Baltimore needs to not make the playoffs, they scare me the most. Also, no way the Pats are losing to the Bills in week 17, we need the Pats to help us this Sunday.

I don't know the Jill's gonna beat the cheats.

Yeah problem is that for us to win the division, the Jills still have to beat the Patsies.

And somebody would get fired in NE if that happens, either Bellicheat or Brady LOL but somebody would pay.

My question is would NE make the playoffs? I mean I haven't looked into it. I guess the worst record they can have is 6 losses. But if Balt beats them and Cincy, they would have the tiebreaker over Balt but Balt would win the division so what about Cincy?

Well if Baltimore wins out and we win out and Ne losses out, then we win division and Baltimore would hold tie breaker over NE. They would get 6 th seed and us 4 th seed.

So there is a possibility that NE doesn't go to playoffs. Oohh man imagine all the pissed off NE fans. Mwahahaha

In your scenario, sickofit, Balt would win their division so they would not need the tiebreaker over NE for any wildcard spot. The question would be NE vs. Cincy for the Wildcard spot and HELLO, they beat the Pats head to head in week one.

I know I will curse the team into it not happening for even thinking this way, but isn't it possible we end up with the 2 seed? If we go 2-0 and pats 0-2, do we win the division? and if so, if we finish tied with same record as other 2 division winners (Colts and Bengals), don't we out rank them in seeding because we beat them head to head?
so if I am right and we go 2-0, pats 0-2, and colts and bengals 1-1 both, are we the 2 seed?

Doesn't matter who wins out of Bengals ravens game. If we win out and NE loses out, and Bengals go one and one then we get two seed, and ne doesn't make playoffs.
