He just out dueled Brady. Yeah he is still improving and has issues but damn we finally got our franchise qb. Also Clay is legit elite TE.

Yup. I always liked Tanny. Honestly that clay play was ballsy, I would never have called that. But glad they did.

I would have gone for 4th and short on botched FG. Almost had to go for it on that 4th and 5.

Tannehill has improved on the things I said he needed to. I'm becoming more of a fan

On pace for....

I am not taking anything away from Tannehill, but Brady could throw the ball to some old ladies in a nursing home, and still be all pro. I don't know how he does it, but that bastard is good. I only hope at 37 next year he starts to regress as a player. as I would like to kick the Cheatriots azz twice a year. We got a better chance to do that if Tommy boy plays no more.

But don't sell those receivers short. They made some fantastic catches although being draped around by defenders. That was what impressed me more than his accuracy on those medium range passes.

Hate to say it but the Dolphin receivers would have dropped or not caught 80% of those passes.

Still needs to improve on deep ball but has been making most throws in the short to mid range game. Clay's play was huge on 4th, as was #18 Rishard matthews catch

You can blame the coaching for his bad long ball. Not his entire fault. Lack of practice accounts for most of that. His long ball will improve with each week he throws it and after next training camp he will probably have it down, because they will work on it extensively

brady completes passes longer that 8 yards maybe 7-10x a game. other than that it's one step short left, one step short right.

when he needs to stand tall in the pocket he cowers at the first hint of pressure. he hit the ground so fast on 3rd and goal at our 2 it wasn't funny. had he stood there another second the wr would have at least had a chance.

screw brady. he threw it 55x for 364yds. I hope his successor puts up the same kind of numbers because I think brady is more a product of a system. Matt Cassel agrees with me.

The reign of the Patriots in AFC East is over in 2013.

2014 and beyond belongs to the Dolphins. The coaching staff pissed away the first meeting with the Patriots (along with 3 other games). We should have swept them.

Ryan Tannehill will soon be the best QB in the AFC East. Brady is a HOF, and may be the greatest QB ever, but all things at some point... come to an end. And Brady's reign is coming to an end.

Don't get carried away with delusions. Brady is still one of the best QB's in the business. Tannehill is getting better, but he aint Brady just yet.

Agree for once BIG GAME, BIG PERFORMANCE by Tannehill. Now I want to see that CONSISTENTLY and I'll believe. As a side note how 'bout that 'guys off the street O-line'???

P.S.
Is it just me or does Logan Mankins gets by with more holding than ANY 15 other players COMBINED!!! Damn some of those take downs RIGHT IN FRONT IF THE REF were unbelievable.

That wasn't the first big time performance by Tannehill this year. He has scored late in game when the game was on the line against...

Indy, Atlanta, Cincy, Pit and NE.

Since Tannehill has been free to run he is playing much much better.

I wouldn't give much credence to the Colts game, that was early in the season, we were playing well, they weren't. On the other hand I consider the Steelers game bigger than most regard it, they started poorly but were on a 5-2 run before our game with them. AND they were at home in December.

The last three weeks have been HUGE wins however you look at them and go against everything we have been used to seeing for the past decade. I give credit to the coming together of the OLine to play as a cohesive unit, which IMO is STILL far more important than each players individual talent.

It appears we MAY finally be peaking at the right time, now if we can avoid ANOTHER decade long tendency...Choking against teams we SHOULD beat.

Don't forget, he's also playing with a sprained thumb on his throwing hand. That's going to impact his ability to put something extra on a pass and remain accurate.

I think you are right. Wallace and RT will be better on deep passes next year for a lot of reasons.

I hope your right , but how come other Teams have developed the same system? Bray has to have something to do with it.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

...and 4 out of 5 were playoff teams last year. The one missing is a perennial playoff team as most of them are....

I WOULD give A LOT of credence to the Colts game. It was against a playoff team from the year before from a team that beat us AND it was against the highly touted 1st overall pick. It was a road game to boot!

They weren't playing well? huh? it was the 2nd game and they were 1-0, just like Miami. Luck threw for over 300 yards. If they weren't playing well it was because Miami was bringing it. On offense and with big plays on defense. 3 sacks, 1 int and 1 FF. The Colts followed up with wins over SF, Jax, Seattle AND Denver! That was a good team that we beat in their house.

On the other hand I consider

Actually they were 4-3 and coming off a loss to Baltimore the week before. Still a nice win on the road.

Second that! Here we come Buffalo.

From what I saw, RT was "nudged" and couldn't fully release the ball on that first downfield pass to Wallace. What's funny, tho, is on the second long one to Wallace, where they weren't on the same page, RT did exactly what he should have been doing all along, and that is make his drop, set, and fire. The ball had good velocity and distance on it, but regrettably, Wallace ran a different route.

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
If thats the case, then they still arent playing good. Why? They are worse now.

The Colts are the easiest, most joke of a team to make the playoffs this season. They play in possibly the worst division in NFL history.

That was sort of my point. The last three weeks have been the only BIG wins we've had this season against teams of much quality.
