Maybe I'm a little sensitive because I know 2 people who were on that train, but I really don't see the humor in a horrific accident that killed 4 and injured so many.

What's next? Boston bombing jokes? Newtown School jokes? 9/11??

Maybe he didn't make the joke based on current events but that's how many are going to interpret it.

humor is like porn...different strokes for different folks. I have no problem with that. Some people will find a risque joke funny, some will find it offensive. That's the way it works. There are just some topics that generate "cringe worthy" attempts at humor. Jokes about a tragedy two weeks ago where regular people lost their lives just seems to me like one of those topics better avoided. Especially when there are so many other things you can make fun of the Jets and their fans over.

But hey, that's just me.

Can't we just concentrate on making jokes on the new jets mascot?

The name Jets makes prefect sense.They are fast, high flying and at the time of the teams inception virtually unstoppable.

That said, the team still sucks.
