This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.
ChyrenB I notice for fun and excitement you use your abilities learned from law school to call people names, but by not actually calling anyone a name. I know your an older fellow and this is most likely 70 percent of your dailey entertainment, but for once it would be nice to read a statement agreeing with someone. Don't get me wrong I do not care any way one or the other, but just saying.
In all seriousness sickofit, I am never the first one to get disrespectful.
I think Philbin should be fired but when I attack him someone comes along with a counter argument to mine but does not do so respectfully but sarcastically.
JSm08, then eesti, don't just disagree but are disagreeable while doing so. Attorneys are fighters. They treat you the way you treat them.
If you politely disagree and make your points, I will do the same to you. If you are sarcastic to me, you'll get it back ...tenfold.
And by your posts, it won't be long before they get "sickof" you too as they ultimately do with anyone who is so dissatisfied with the team's performance that they point out that one part or all of it sucks.
See you and I take out our frustrations on what we see as the problem and that is one or other parts of the team. These guys don't know how to handle their upset feelings so they attack anyone that they see AS ATTACKING the whole concept of Miami Dolphins, even though that person may only be attacking the Coach as me, or the QB as dolphin, or the GM like BNF and others.
Like I put in another post, they are the kids at school that get uncomfortable with the students who want to challenge authority.
It never occurred to them that for all my Purdue worship of Bob Griese, I transferred after my freshmen year, the same time he graduated, and wound up on Berkeley Campus at the height of its worst years for student unrest in 1967, 68, 69 and the first half of 1970.
So when I see guys like that acting like sheep, we mix about as well as oil and water.

Yeah, Brees could have been in Miami, but Saban went by what a doctor told him about a shoulder injury vs a knee, especially on a QB; Saban went with the knee. As in many other cases, Rodgers was passed by many teams. Anyone remember who Miami took ahead of Rodgers in that draft? Don't even bring up Brady. A 6th rounder and we are putting him into the category of Miami screwing up for not drafting him?

Sickofit, Chryen does agree with some posts. He agrees with mine, but that's only because I am brilliant, both in mind and thought. I know the ins-and-outs of everything Dolphins, so it would be foolish for ANYONE on this board to disagree with me.

I wouldn't shortchanged yourselves with the limits of sarcasm, Your sarcasm isn't that strong, it is your wit that carries you through... The sarcasm is counter productive to your strength of wit... just a fan and critic....
