How about tackle the ball carrier instead of letting him run 10 more yards while you try to strip the ball? My god.

Same crap, different game. Offense goes into disappear mode in the second half forcing the D to be on the field too long. Then the D gets worn down and we give up the points.

They don't want to win. That much is obvious. They are going to hand this game over on a silver platter.

Yet another fantastic second half collapse for these stupid garbage Dolphins. I am so sick of this terrible team.

Too many missed opportunities to Wallace. Other than mobility not sure he is an upgrade on henne. Draft a Qb in 2014

last throw to Wallace was horrible he was wide open yards in front of him. he had to stop and comeback of the ball... tannehill really needs to go

and get rid of our PR and KR he is killing us in field position

Once the first half ended the script was ready for the game to go south in the 2nd half (again). As we saw...it did.

No running game; no plays for Clay; and then add a missed field goal (or two); then a stupid push on Newton for a big penalty and BADDABING NC scores and wins with a TD with no time left for the Dolphins to do anything. Foiled again. angry smiley This is BS.

If Tannehill the 'getting close to bust' throws the ball in front of the wide open receiver, we wouldn't be saying it either.

Brady would do as good as tannehill if he had tannehills running backs and OLINE.

Phins Running backs and OLINE = SWEEZZZZE CHEESE.

You honestly believe if Tannehill is playing for the Pats last night they come back and win that game??? They had a grand total of THREE rushing first downs and averaged 3.7 yards per carry. VERY Dolphin like. AS well, Tannehill was sacked NO MORE than Brady yesterday. Please let go of the man crush. We wasted years on Henne with these same arguments.

Brady has shown over and over how good he can be when the rush is on his face...

Last 2 superbowls?

Brady would not be successfull behind this OLINE....Made of sweese cheese either.

Did we even rush for 15 yeards yesterday?

Daniel thomas is a bust and lamar smith isnt any better....But they suck even more running behind the current phins OLine which is consisted of a bunch of practice squad players.

On top of that the only consistent WR we have is hartline....everybody else stinks.

Where was clay yesterday?

drinking smiley You can't be serious. A QB gets his team to the superbowl 5 times in 11 years and wins three and and your saying that isn't successful because they lose two?

Ok, Ok, lets do it your way. As soon as we have a 250 yard per game rushing attack and 5 perennial all-pros on the O-line and two Jerry Rice clones at wide out, any QB will do and it will all be good right? eye rolling smiley THAT IS EXACTLY what we've been trying for the last 13 years and it has gotten us NOWHERE except on the laughing stock list.

It's EVERYONE BUT TANNEHILLS FAULT. (just like with Henne)

Just talking about the last two superbowls......He got kicked in the rear end by manning.

The giants pass rush was too much for him.

Thank You ELI.

This team has failed to give the real deal..........An Oline.

Without it not many qbs would be successfull.

No running game whatsoever and no running backs. They both suck. lamar miller is 10 times better than daniel thomas....and lamar miller still a scrub.

KB you have said this on a few threads since the game.

You have to realize that a quarterback is not an accountant sitting at a desk with a pencil in his mouth figuring out his next move.

He has to worry about the sack.

He has to wonder what "juke" the receiver might HAVE TO make to get open.

He has to worry about where to put the ball so the receiver will have the best, if not ONLY, chance to get it.

He has to put the ball where he thinks the defender won't knock it down.

All of this in addition to getting needed yardage on some plays although that was not at issue HERE.

With all this, all the receiver has to do IS CATCH THE DAMN BALL!

Now that last pass was right in his hands.

Don't sing me no damn sad songs about Wallace.

That was a crucial catch that I'd bet any one of the PATS receivers would have made in that situation.

This beats Brandon Marshall. Brandon would drop an occasional touchdown pass from Henne but I never saw him drop such a LAST PITCH DESPERATION WIN THE GAME THROW.

To blame Tannehill is just a function of the fact that you don't want Tanny. I bet if it had been a QB you like you would be blaming Wallace like you should.

Nope. Tanne-Henne-Hill MISSED Wallace. Wallace was WIDE OPEN and the throw (short and to the wrong side) made it a difficult adjustment for what would have been a tremendous catch. That said, I have no particular love for Wallace, your right. A 60 million dollar a year receiver SHOULD make that (albeit difficult) catch. But that doesn't excuse one poor deep throw after another. "SO the defender can't knock it down"?!?!?!?! He put it in the ONLY place the defender HAD A CHANCE AT IT. WATCH THE REPLAY.

You REALLY ready to trade Wallace for Amendola or Edleman???? No of course not because 1.) they wouldn't have been open like that. and 2.) Tannehill doesn't throw the ball spot on like Queen Brady does. I would trade him for Grnkowski though because he'd be in the area where Tanne-Henne-Hill has shown some accuracy.

Had that been the only miss on a deep ball at a crucial point over the last couple of games I'd give Tanne-Henne-Hill a pass but earlier in the game Wallace was 2-3 steps past his man and...(broken record)...Tanne-Henne-Hill over throws him for what would have been almost sure TD.
