I can't stand Ray Lewis; but if anyone can keep TO in line it is Lewis. The Cowboys have as much talent as anyone - maybe more. If they could add some discipline to their team, they could be scary good this year.

Running back Fred Taylor woke up Friday morning and saw a report he had signed with the New England Patriots.

That was news to him.

"That isn't true," Taylor said. "I don't know where some of that ----- comes from sometimes."

Taylor did say he is still in discussions with the Patriots, but no deal was done as of 9:30 a.m.

"We’ll see how it goes," he said.

Pretty good if they can put it all together with Jenkins at the nose and Revis on the corner. They still need a DE, SS and a CB this year. They look good on paper but we will still kick their arse.

Yeah, for one, they traded Vrabel to Pioli's KC Chiefs. That was the big sports headline here in Boston today...that, and the Giselle/Brady wedding.

Jason Brown goes to the Rams for 8 mil a year....what a bunch of idiots. AS Prisco said..he's good but he's not that good.

he is not starting material. But he is high quality depth. Which is what we need really bad.Bill Parcells signed him off our practice squad a few years back so that says alot in my book for BP to want him.

I think we still have a lot of work to do. I have to tell you, the Jets are going to have a totally stacked defense. I bet before the weekend is out they sign Ivy and Leonhard. Match that with their signing of Scott and the trade for Sheppard and I think they will be giving us fits next year.

They are also trying to trade for Lito Sheppard so you are right...they could be stacked. Especially if Gholston is able to get better.

We need a dominant center even more now to establish a ball control offense.

But with Kellen Clemens at QB the Jets D will be on the field all day and be worn out.
