After listening to Channing Crowder today he said some fascinating things...
He said if it s brought up that you can't talk trash in a locker room or give guys a hard time to toughen the up because it creates an unsafe work place... Then what about game day, when players from the opposing team are saying the most horrible, degrading things to you every play to get in your head... Is the NFL also liable for providing an unsuitable work place on sundays because this goes on...Where does it end....
Can all back log players, the likes of Vince Young, Jamarcus Russell, Rolando Mclain, etc, now sue the league and say they were treated harshly by team mates and others in around the game, which is why they have emotional problems and their careers fell apart... it was all because of an unsafe work place...
It goes on and on, the can of worms that all of this could open up... Channing Crowder thinks the NFL doesn't allow that can of worms to be opened up...

I was also wondering about the VM, if that's why they suspended Incog, how can they do that if it was left in the off-season after hours? He wasn't on "the clock" so to speak, I guess they can use that "conduct detrimental to the team" rule, but that's a pretty vague description. Just seems like Incog will have a pretty good lawsuit as well, maybe Miami should of just cut him outright to cover their ass?
I am no lawyer but still sure Incognito most certainly has a case against Martin for torturous interference, depending how this all plays out..... Especially if he can prove as Micheal Silver put it their conversations at times were mutually explosive...

Yes, Junior, "than" would be closer to it than "as" but "as" friends is not exactly like they were just two players on the team that had no outside relationship at all.
But still that doesn't get you all the way as you argue but it does, as we used to say in Oklahoma, "throw kindling on a small flame."
