A Sling is cloth with a knot tied on your shoulder neck and holds your elbow in the cup of the cloth. Kind of like an arm carrier so you don't have to hold up your arm yoursel.

One can call it a harness, I guess, but the more popular term, at least from my long past is sling.

Daniel Thomas has made some pretty nifty moves lately for 1st downs. I saw him juke a couple players out of their jock.

Wake is a major competitor and will do everything he can to get on the field.

The Lebanese is playing a lot better this year so far than last year.
Could it be that he will turn out to be a good pick after all?

Who the heck is Lebanese? lol

I think the "wake practicing" idea is a ruse to keep the Saints spending time game planning for him. I think he sits out this week as Jordan gets more snaps on the weak side with Vernon and Shelby on the other.

Chyren's ongoing joke about Daniel Thomas for the benefit of us older folks. When we first drafted Thomas, Chyren referred to him as "Danny Thomas" whom EVERY knows was one of the original owners of the team. Danny Thomas was of Lebanese descent, as was original main owner Joe Robbie. So Chyren just calls him "the Lebanese"

I just wanted to explain that in case anyone thought he was talking about a woman that prefers the company of other women.

LOL. And in the "Danny Thomas Show," they used to play up the Lebanese heritage big time with "Uncle Tanoose (sp?)."

Yo CharmenB. Read again. My friend.

My trigger "finner."

More akin to a "dorsal fin."

All I know is -- the ladies love it!

BNF. Not bragging.

Hey, who locked the fuckin' door, eh?

I don't like locked doors around here! They make me crazy and shit!

I was locked up! Pass the wire! Pass the wire!

I don't want no grilled cheese.

No, Leroy, I'm bilingual! There's a difference!

No more locked doors!

The sling/harness was apparently extra padding on his shoulder.

Out here they are showing old re-runs of "Cheaters", the ones with Joey Greco. Just saw one yesterday wherein the client was a female who was living with her female lover (Lebanese...LOL) who was cheating with a MAN of all things.

Both of these Lebanese were "femmes" and neither was a "butch" (ask BNF to explain). The reason I mention this was when the girl who hired cheaters caught up with them at a lake. She walked up to the guy and not only clocked him a good one but threw his butt in the lake as well.

Now, I've seen butches do that but never femmes.

OK OK, you guys are making me regret that I "explained" that joke.

PS Danny Thomas' daughter was beautiful and had her own TV show for a while....(I'm referring to the former Phins owner, not the current RB.)

Wake and Soliai flew with team to NOLA. Game time decisions. I predict YES!

IMO, Soliai will be a "no go" while Wake may try, but will not be effective. Now is the time for Jordan, Vernon, and Shelby to pick up their game(s).
