Should the Phins look to sign Jerry Porter

Jerry Porter.. I see he was cut yesterday. I didn't follow him last year but he was obviously a disappointment to get cut after one year of such a big contract, but the guy has talent.

If we were to get him at a bargain price, would you welcome him on the phins to see if he could resurrect his career here?

Coaches have been trying to translate that "talent" into production for 9 years. His only good seasons were 04 and 05. (both under 1000 yards) In 05 he had Randy Moss playing opposite him. Art Shell benched him because he was a locker room cancer.

Not the kind of culture the FO seems to be trying to build.

It's pretty bad when you can't make an impact on a team (Jax) that has no quality WR's at all.

I would rather take another chance on Wilford but I would really rather sign Torry Holt.
