I could not tell what was less entertaining watching a bimbo try to sing or act sexy which was it. Then more bimbo's came out well then the singing got worse who would of thunk it really. I have to say the NFL should just stick to football as clearly the halftime entertainment has been terrible as of late. What in the hell was that thing in the wig anybody? This is my opinion I'm sure some of you enjoyed her butt slapping, but too me was she stripping or singing. Actually she can't do either very well.

The only thing I saw in a wig was Deion Sanders during a commercial. I washed dishes during halftime show....I see it was time well spent!

My wife was not interested in the game, but as usual wanted to watch the halftime show. Ok happy wife happy life, but even she was disappointed in what she saw. I think the halftime show tries to get more women to watch, but can it at least be good.

Beyonce lipsync-ing a song that includes a portion (played heavily in pre-game commercials) that sounded like she was having an orgasm kinda shows to what depths society has sunk. But maybe I'm just an ole country boy from Oklahoma in the 50's.

I did kitchen time to. I have never watched a halftime show. I wondered if the show caused the power failure. That was unacceptable very third world stuff.

I didn't watch it.

The last SB halftime show that I remember liking was when "The Who" performed.

Yes I was thinking when the lights failed when in the hell am I living now. Not good as far as our world wide prestige. Any way I am just so glad that it wasn't some freaking terrorist plot gone wrong that would of been terrible.

I did come out of the kitchen when I heard the Who jamming. That was a good show. Guys sounded reaaally good. Leave it to the old timers.

I guess you can't please everyone, all the time. I'm sure there were many people that enjoyed it. The crowd sure seemed to like it.

Myself, as a former metal head would ordinarily not enjoy any sort of pop entertainment but there is no denying she has talent. I saw nothing wrong with the show. I also don't know why anyone would want to label her as a "bimbo". There are certainly plenty of celebrities you could label with that but I don't see how she fits the description.

If you don't think she can sing, you would be in the minority. If you don't think she is sexy....well, check for a pulse.

Yeah, I heard that she sang live.

And that the Who did not. But that's just what I heard; I have no proof.

Besides, Paul McCartney's halftime show was the best.

the who was terrible a few years back. I felt bad for them they were such crap. and YES I do know they made some great music back in the 60s-early 80s. Way too old now.

beyonce's music is pretty bad but she IS hot so it's all good, held my interest for the 5-10 min she was shaking her ass

I'm getting old. Beyonce is an attractive women. However, I don't find her "dancing" with singing to be entertaining. I'm not saying that the choreography was lame, I just don't find it very appealing or entertaining. Nor do I find acrobatic acts like Cirque du Soleil entertaining. Same level of enjoyment.

The acoustics in the Superdome are horrendous. What lyrics were being sung were jumbled and unintelligible. I couldn't make out many words.

I told my wife that if some one were to give me free tickets to one of Beyonce's shows--lets say playing locally her in South Florida, I'd refuse them or politely accept and give them away. No interest in her "talent."

On the other hand, give me tickets to the Eagles, Bob Seeger, ZZ Top--or that gorgeous Catherine McPhee--and that's another story.

You guys say that she is sexy I won't comment on that than to say she is not my kind of sexy. My kind of sexy doesn't shake her ass for millions to see. My kind of sexy knows that she is, and doesn't have too let the world see her shake her ass. Anyway anyone married to Jay Z enough said No thanks. I'll pass the leftovers on to you guys who like ditz and dash.

It's a tough job but somebody has to do it.

Can't remember the last time there was a good half time show.

They are all a complete waste of time as far as I'm concerned.

It's just the NFL's way of securing a bigger audience for the game by offering something that appeals to those who aren't all that interested in football.

Like the pro bowl, it would be fine by me if they got rid of it all together.

No joke. I really thought that the South Korean Guy was supposed to also perform at Half time instead of just having a commercial. The guy who does "Gang-um style."

Hey at least it wasnt hootie and the blowfish doing the halftime show.

My wife always eagle eyes me when ANY chick appears on the TV screen. Before Beyonce came on, they ran an old commercial of her. I said (somewhat for my wife's benefit) "she's just a little big."

THEN she jumps down my throat, "You men are the reason that women are so screwed up and always constantly dieting and fighting with their own self-image."

You can't win!

If you say how nice she looks, you not only get accused of "adultery by thought" but comments about how women have to measure up to these perfect women on TV.

As they said in the movie war games, "The only way to win is not to play the game."

But even then, many times I am silent and I get accused of "looking" at them.

Knowing Beyonce was the half time show, I didn't even bother. She's pretty to look at, but that's about it.

The best half time show for the Super Bowl was Paul McCartney.
