I honestly don't know a thing about Swope, but his CBS sports draft bio makes him sound like the next Welker. If we have Hartline, Jennings, one of the top WR in the draft in the 1st/2nd round, Swope (as good as advertised), et al + TE then I don't think Bess would be all that missed. And, if you could get a 3rd rounder, I'd probably do it. My guess it would be a 2014 3rd (and I doubt he'd fetch that much, but he might) because we wouldn't get rid of him before the draft since 1/2 the plan is completed in the draft.

But, yeah, if all those things happened and we could get a good pick out of him I could see the trade happening.

He plays an important role, but he's not elite, irreplaceable talent.
