I apologize, Big Nasty Fish. You tried to teach me not to like those big hefty QBs like Chad Henne. I liked him because I thought he would be another Ben Rothelisberger. You always said these guys were not only big but stupid. I didn't agree.

Today, however, dumb ass Big Ben just showed why brains DOES matter in a QB. The score is tied 10-10. There are ONLY about 40 seconds left on the clock. The Steelers have the ball at about mid field.

3rd down and I can't remember how much.

What's your strategy?

You try to make a first down if you can but the important thing is that you play it safe.

If you are going to throw a pass, you need to think Joe Philbin.

You are not in field goal range, so if you are Ben, you either get tackled with the ball and then punt them back behind their 20 with less than 40 seconds left or you go LIKE JOE PHILBIN AND THROW THE LONG BOMB ON THIRD DOWN.

If the Bomb is intercepted, that's as good as a punt.

What does Ben do, He throws a 15 yard pass (when he could have run for about 7 at least) and it gets picked off, providing Cincy with the opportunity to kick the field goal and kick us out of the playoffs.
