SD already announced Turner and Smith are gone at the end of the year. The younger Spanos fancies himself a GM and is going to take over that job and hire his coach. Would be an interesting landing spot for Andy Reid.

I'm thinking 6/8 openings are for sure with a few more suprises possible (think teams like the Bears/Lions/Dallas as suprises). It wouldn't shock me to see Gruden end up in San Diego.

Glad to see other Teams rebuilding for a change. Miami has found some stability and will be alot better next season. The Pats are out biggest problem.
