I misunderstood what play you were talking about. Thought it was on that last pats TD drive.
Anyway...its still a bad idea to challenge a spot unless its going to force a punt. Its just too easy for a ref to say its inconclusive evidence when it comes to changing the ruling on the field.
I'd be very hesitant to waste a challenge on that unless it was likely to result in a change of possession.

This goes double when it is the Patriots. You know the Refs will always make "judgement" calls in their favor.
