Have you ever tried to catch a ball while running full speed backwards with a defender in your facemask without Stickem? Neither have I.

Nope but ive seen great wrs do it over and over.

I like hartline he is very good.. But we need a number one receiver and he is not a speedy number one threat.

Cryin you want to blame everyone BUT the QB. If QB's cannot lose games and it is the fault of everyone else, then why did they get rid of Henne?? The players are pretty much the same as they were when he was here.

Okay, JC, he's starting it again. He should be warned. Maybe a suspension is the only thing that will teach him.

Funny the other day you were talking about my wife and now this?

He goes crying to JC?

I should had known you went crying to JC.

Funny how you are the only one whos talked about my family and you are the only one i have a problem with.

Not even dolfanking i have a problem with and he hates tannehill.

But not once hes critisized any members of my family.

OK boys:

SamSam please no name calling.

And Chyren you did talk about Sam's wife in a prior post.

You two are now required to hold hands for the remainder of gym class.

That's what my elementary school PE teacher did whenever two guys got caught fighting---he made them hold BOTH hands.....like they were playing ring around the rosie all by themselves. They don't make teachers like that anymore!

Hartline had the defender beat by 5 yards, he was running full speed expecting the ball in stride, when he realized it was under thrown he basicly spun his body around and tried to stop or come back, the Db closed in on him and completely block hartlines view and basicly got to him as the ball was getting to him.. It hit him in the gut but the defender had gotten in the way of the pass at that point.. I agree catchable but that play not being successful was on RT not Hartline IMO.. RT had issues all day, he overthrew Hartline deep in the first Qt, second and threw a deep ball out of bounds in the third in the third to him..Even the play Charles Clay made was a poorly thrown ball.. Overall 90 percent of RT's passes over ten yards were not very accurate.. At the start of the 4th RT was 9 for 22, for around a 105 yards.. He also had a poor day on completing third downs when passing.. The best drive was when Bush ran well and RT dumped the ball off or quick slants.. Tannehill is not awful, he just didn't have a great day throwing the rock...

RESPONSE: I don't even KNOW YOU HAVE A WIFE. I doubt you do. I was just making a joke about how HARD YOU ARE TO GET ALONG WITH.

> I should had known you went crying to JC.

RESPONSE: It is obvious that JC is, as he should, getting mad at the PERSONAL attacks. If anyone goes back and looks at that thread, I kept the subject on WHAT DID YOU MEAN by TYPING "What's the world coming to" when Long and Carpenter can be considered for the Pro Bowl.

I did not respond until you "agreed" that Carpenter deserved it.

You then later also agreed that "Long was the best available" to be picked for the Pro Bowl.

But as soon as I started, you started, post after post, attacking me and calling me out of my name until I finally responded.

As I said before, JC is getting pissed at these personal attacks.

It's okay to say someone has no football knowledge but ever since I called you out for attacking Moore and refused to accept your "apology" for resorting to a personal attack in that post, you have tried and tried again to get someone to join you in your personal attacks on me.

As I said before, I didn't even KNOW you had a wife and I still think AS I SAID THEN you probably aren't even married at all.

But all of the "Looney Tunes" "Squirrel supper" "nuts" etc. were something that you said FAR BEFORE I made that One comment which you now have blown out of proportion and acted like

1) You never insulted me

2) It was the insult that took the subject away from why you entitled the post as you did.

It's obvious you are going to attack me whenever you can and you rightfully should be thrown on the board if you do.

You might want to ask yourself where is Mia1.

And MikeO was banned for a lot less.

Hartline beat the Corner and was wide open. Tanny missed it. Rookies do that type of shit. But Hartline had stopped and the ball was thrown (albeit a bit late) and hit him. It was only underthrown from what kind of play it could have been.

You know they are going over that this morning on tape. He WILL learn from it. Its exactly why he needs to be in making these mistakes instead of Moore and just watching it. This kind of missed oppourtunities will be tatooed on his brain from here on in.

Haha that was funny interaction, I can only imagine what Chyren was thinking simian meant...lol I think he meant cynicism.... Which I don't think is a fair description... But in an argument I suppose both sides can't show a bit of cynicism...

Agreed he will learn from the mistakes. Not the case if he was on the bench.

In your mind that's the way you see it. It would be great for you if the other readers of the board saw it that way.

All they see is you declaring "I won" from your hospital bed.

As far as Philbin is concerned, he lost us far more games than the defense has.

He lost three by my reckoning. Both overtime games and lost us our last good chance to go into overtime with INdy by forcing Tanny to throw FOUR STRAIGHT PASSES OVER 20 YARDS in the final minute when we were only down by 3 points and got a 10 yard penalty and were first and 20.

Or would you rather agree with DolfanKing that it was Tannehill's fault?????????????????????

You probably would.

You would agree with Satan himself if it put you on the opposite side of an issue with me.

Rather than throw the ball to where the WR, Tannehill threw the ball to the coverage - which was already beat. Tannehill gave the defender a chance to make a play on the ball, and that is exactly what the defender did.

Tannehill's deep accuracy was miserable all day. What had been good weeks ago is now gone. Without deep accuracy, Tannehill is no better than Ray Lucas.

Yesterday’s completion percentage is not where we want to be as an offensive football team, (but) it’s not just him, it’s the other guys as well,” he said. “Sometimes it’s the location of the ball. Sometimes it’s the depth of the route and is he coming out at the proper angle. Sometimes he doesn’t get the protection where he can set his feet so he can make a clean throw. So it’s a little bit of everything.” - Joe Philbin
