GOod call eesti, it is on the coaches, at least 99% of it. They look to be another in a long line of regimes, starting with Jimmy Johnson, that can't seem to adjust their 'systems' when it doesn't fit their current situation. The great ones like Shula COULD adjust and won with different kinds of teams.

I would only add two things:
WHY can the line pick up blitzes but can't straight up block 4 man rushes??? I swear they are getting driven into the QB in two seconds and by less than stellar defenses (Titans and Bills). I don't think they are as bad as they have looked the last two weeks (coaching again or just no leader???). Secondly Tannehill needs to work on stepping up in the pocket. He doesn't look to do it very well on the rare occasions as of late when their has been a pocket to step up in to.

Agreed.

They are the ones who draft the players and groom them to become good or bad players.

I read that article too and agree with it. What teams do is to locate the weaknesses of their opponent. Our coaches need to change things up and I'm not talking about passing when a run is expected. A slightly different approach with the personnel we have must be implemented so the opposition is left guessing rather than knowing what will be done. Guessing is good; keep the opponents D guessing. tongue sticking out smiley

Tannehill is ranked 30th in passing.

With the same personell and a different QB, this team was better last year.

The last time the offense performed, Matt Moore was the QB.

Must be the coaching. Lets bring Tony back eye rolling smiley.

This team has a problem with its rookie QB.

20 other QBs have been sacked more than Tannehill. Those include many of the top QBs in the NFL.

Could be injuries. Many players arent the same after injuries.

That is a credit to Tannehill since he has been under pressure on just about every throw.

According to ProFootballFocus...

While under pressure he's completing nearly 60 percent of throws and thrown just two interceptions—both solid numbers. Take away his wide receivers' dropped passes (22), and Tannehill is completing an NFL-best 84.6 percent of throws under pressure.
