Well, he's not going to have much competition in Houston. Wouldn't be surprised to see him starting sometime this year.

I think it was a contingency if Brady ever went down with an injury or retired. It's been several years now and Brady shows no signs of retiring or slowing down even.

However, I'll bet that whatever Bellicheat has as the number two quarterback is a damn sight better than Mallett or, the lucky bastard, probably better than most starting quarterbacks of the NFL.

I guess it's Karma for me because I've been in this since September 1967 and most of those years, the Patriots were the Doormat of the division whether the Colts were leading it, the Dolphins, or the Jets and even during the short glory period when the Bills went to 4 straight superBowls.

They were bound to have their day in the sun. Let's just hope it comes to a quick end.

A move that wreaks of desperation. I wouldn't be surprised to see Houston with the number 1 pick again in 2015.

He covered that position for 5 yrs. He got his value because the spot was covered AND he still got another pick out of it.
Most back up QBs get cut or their contract expires.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

You have a Pats hoodie that stands by itself because you can't help pumping one out every time you see Tom Brady.
