Are you watching Henne lighting up Houston? 331 yards and 4 TDs.
Henne may be playing against us.

Henne must have had his Wheaties this morning - announcers said it's the game of his life. His other game was really ugly. Inconsistency at it's finest, I wouldn't bite the bait. After all, he has Justin Blackmon to throw the ball to. But of course after this game of his there will be a bunch of phin fans stating that letting him go was dumb. lol

BUT 808, he did not have Justin Blackmon to throw to here. In fact, he had the SAME receivers to throw to that Moore and Tannehill have absent maybe, Brandon Marshall (I'm not sure which came first, Henne's being replaced by Moore or BM's arrival from Denver.)

Not saying that he is as good as RT or Moore but just sayin'.

You've GOT TO HAVE RECEIVERS WHO CAN 1) CATCH THE BALL AND 2) BREAKAWAY SPEED.

We barely have number 1 and DO NOT HAVE no. 2.

If the real deal tannehill had Brandon marshall to throw to both brandon marshall and the real deal tannehill would make the pro bowl.

Hey! Nobody's discussing the question! DOES ANYBODY KNOW any possible theory under which it made sense to go for the 2 point conversion after making a touchdown and being behind 27-13?

What does 27-15 get you that 27-14 doesn't?

27-14 and you are behind 1 touchdown with a 1 point conversion and two field goals but hardly enough time for 3 possessions with only six minutes left.

If you count on two touchdowns with normal extra points, you win 28-27.

By doing the 2 point conversion, you win 29-27 but what is the point.

Besides, they failed on the conversion and remained behind 27-13.

So even had they made 2 more touchdowns with regular conversions, they would have only tied and could have lost the game in overtime.

This has got to be the STRANGEST decision I have ever seen in watching football since Jim Brown was the fullback for the Cleveland Browns and I was in elementary school.

What am I missing?

4 weeks and it may be Tannehill vs Henne @ Miami.

All I know is it further proves to me we were Lucky NOT to land him as a head coach. We are in a better place then you think. Just give it some time.

LOL, Treasure. But at some point, we gotta stop playing "just don't get the worse" and start playing "let's get the best." That goes for coaches as well as players.

Henne was named starter in Jax. Not because of Gabbert's injury but, because of Henne's performance.

It would be kind of sad if Henne came in here and put up monster numbers against us.

First a mob wants Ireland to replace Henne with a first round pick. Then Henne turns out to be a good QB. Whats a mob to do?

Miami Dolphins. Always Perfect.

Yeah cause Henne is now a good QB after putting up multiple TD's and choking at the end. eye rolling smiley He had many of those games in Miami. He even had a few 4th quarter come-backs. To paraphrase Denny Green....He is who we thought he was!

Oh good grief! Henne looked good (until it mattered) last Sunday for the same reason Kaepernick looked like Steve Young last night. He was a replacement and the opponent didn't know what to expect or how to scheme against him. NFL defenses learn fast just see Cam Newtons numbers last year vs this year.
