Nevermind the LOSS

Titans were playing for the job of their Coach, the owner had threatened to fire him and his staff if they had lost this game. SO those guys were playing their super bowl and the phins were not ready to face that kind of intensity. The lines on both side were overwhelmed big time.

Meanwhile the Bills were busy losing a heartbreaker in Foxboro. I look for a return to the win column from a resilient and determined Miami team this Thursday night. Book it!

Believe me, the Phins are going to be in a dogfight with the Bills this Thurs.
The Bills are playing better than you think.
They'll be at home(where they always play tough),Jackson and Spiller are healthy, and Fitz is starting to find his groove.
Mix in the division rivalry, and you've got a game you better be ready to play in.
Short week into a long road trip...this is going to be one hell of a test. Players and coaches will really get put to the test.
Should be interesting...

Jackson has already been ruled out for this weeks game.

Fitz finds his groove every week.... and then he loses it every week.

Not that I disagree that this will be a tough game.

this is a mute point to me. I have no idea if this is going to be a tough game or not? Who knows?

I thought we were going to beat the titans and look what happened.

Blowout city.

I hate to say it but I think the Bills tear us up. Philbin is unwilling and unable to see that he is doing a LOUSY job coaching this team.

He comes down on the only guy playing his heart out and, with the exception of Igcognito, he lets everybody ELSE get by with crappy play.

He may have rushed a rookie who was one of the bright stars of the early season BACK INTO THE GAME TOO EARLY AFTER AN INJURY.

I think Philbin COULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD OR EVEN GREAT COACH but I think he is far too egotistical now and has a God complex.

Ross is an idiot who doesn't care how his money is being spent. Maybe, the business losses from poor fan attendance is just a tax write off from him but I am not a Tax lawyer.

I think he's doing a pretty good job considering the circumstances. First year, new team, rook QB, no real weapons, inexperienced secondary...4-5. A little better than I expected.

That's just old-school coaching.
I think it could actually make Bush a better. It gave him a chance to really think about how his fumble AND absence affects the team.
And good coaching is really about making players better.

Did you see him run down and tackle that picked him?
Tanny's FINE!

I'm pretty perceptive, and I haven't picked up "egotistical" or "God complex" at all from Philbin.
Gotta question where you're getting that.

Sparano was a bad coach but given a crucial number of play it safe decisions, we could have been in the playoffs two years in a row.

Yes, Philbin is deficient at the receiver corps but that does not account for the poor coaching and decision making on the field.

Tannehill, I think, is as good as Luck, probably better than RGIII, although maybe not as good as Russell Wilson, but who knew how good he would be.

This has been discussed back and forth on the board. I don't agree.

LOL. I learned from watching Bob Griese and almost every OTHER quarterback from Pee Wees to the Pros THAT THE MOST DANGEROUS TACKLER OF ALL ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD IS A QUARTERBACK WHO HAS JUST BEEN INTERCEPTED.

TANNY IS NO DIFFERENT. HE PROVED IT. I WAS ROLLING ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING WHEN HE MADE THAT TACKLE. BETTER THAN ANY LINEBACKER BUT THAT'S WHAT QUARTERBACKS DO. WATCH FOOTBALL LONG ENOUGH AND YOU WILL SEE IT.

IT'S CALLED ADRENALINE.

Response: Money and brains don't always go hand in hand my friend. I think the hiring of a bunch of folks from Sparano, Ireland, etc. proves what a football genius Ross is.

Holy Mackerel Chyren...the only things I can agree with you on is that I am not a tax lawyer either. I totally disagree about Ross not caring about how he spends his money. I think he does care about the franchise, the crappy attendance at the home games, the obvious piss-poor attitude we have about the team, and wants nothing but a thriving franchise.

I also don't see Philbin as egotistical. I see him as an "A" personality and is besides himself right now that we got creamed last Sunday by the Titans.

If you want to talk about a wacho owner, consider Jeff Luria, owner of the Marlins. He cut his player payroll today making the Marlins a AAA team. After getting a brand new stadium....he does this to the fans. Ozzie Guillen was a bad choice...trouble right off the bat.

Only the Miami Heat has things going for it here.
