they shouldn't rush him, though it would be nice to see him show the toughness or Favre or Rappistberger and play well banged up....

Coach Philbin just said on the radio he should be good to go.

As long as we can protect him, then it should be OK. I don't forsee any QB draws or sneaks.

@OmarKelly: "He's a young guy, eager. Sounds like he's going to be ready to role," Joe Philbin told 940AM about Ryan Tannehill's health status.

RT's best asset is his mobility and athleticism. It might not be a good idea to rush him back too soon.

He never runs though. He mainly steps up in the pocket during blitzes showing amazing feel for the rush... Ala Marino.

That's one thing that separates Moore from being a starting QB in this league, he is a journeyman, and journeyman QB's have limited feel for the rush.

I don't mean "run" in the sense of "rushing yardage," I meant "run" in the sense of scramble and move while seeking to pass. Moore is a pocket quarterback.

He didn't seem to have such "amazing feel for the rush" when Pace dropped him for a loss, coming from his front side. Damn!

Right now Tanny's best asset as Chyren pointed out , is his ability to roll out and throw. He has not been that effective in the Pocket. They will watch him in practice and I'm sure they will make the best decision concerning his health. I'm not overly concerned with the Colts and think Moore can handle them No problamo. An extra week off might be smart.

I hope Tannehill is investing in a hyperbaric chamber or staying at Nolan Carroll's house. I'm sure he can afford it. He can get his money back in 15 years when he retires and becomes an osteopathic surgeon.
