It would make sense that we would want Bowe right now, and the Chiefs might want Matt Moore right now... So lets see what happens... I thought the vontae davis trade was nothing but a rumor before it actually happened...

Hypothetical: Would you trade matt moore and a 3rd for Dwayne Bowe? He is gonna want a new contract, so you are gonna have to pay the man... It seems Devlin could be a competent back up in philbins system... Losing matt would be alot of leadership and help he provides to Tannehill.. Matt is a favorite among the players, but I am sure they would be happy for him getting an oppurtunty to start.. Is it worth interupting the QB room and what Tannehill seems to be doing well with in that room. I watch the games I see Moore being Tannehill's biggest supporter.. Who do we sign as a third QB? It is smart to have a veteran around Tannehill on gameday and in the meetings, gameplanning etc...

I would trade Matt Moore + a 3d for Bowe for sure, but I doubt KC cares about Matt Moore. Their season is toast and they are in play for Barkley or the WVA guy.
I would trade our 2d round pick (not the one from the Colts) for Bowe, but don't want to give up more than that.

I would trade the second we got from the Vontae Davis trade straight up as well... I like the idea of resigning Garrad if the hypothetical were to happen, I was actually thinking along those same lines... I think it is good for Tannehill to have a veteran in the QB room. Devlin could be an adequate 2 from how Philbin raves about him and his play in preseason if you can take anything out of thatt. But you still need a vet IMO.

For what it's worth, isn't Brian Daboll KC's OC right now? Bring in Moore to run a familiar system, win a handful of games and save some jobs
Berk- the GM Pioli, a friend of Ireland, son in law of Bill Parcells is trying to save his job IMO. I dont think Brady QUinn starting gives Pioli alot of confidence in saving his job...Plus Cassell seems to be having his own issues.. Matt Moore could help that team win.... No GM wants to play for a low draft pick, and accept their season is toast, because most likely that means his job is toast as well..

Dolph-good point about the Daboll/Moore connection, I forgot he was their OC.

Report: The Miami Dolphins have a tentative trade agreement with the Kansas City Chiefs for Receiver Dwayne Bowe for a 3rd & 7th round pick.

I'm skeptical of this actually happening, but this would be a good deal for us. Plus we'd still have a 1st, two 2nds and a 3rd to add other pieces in April.

This could definitely increase the odds at making a playoff run this year especially since we have a legit QB. I don't even think we need to write a season off...our boy is quite the quick learner
I was a little sleepless a few nights ago, but basically I stated a Trade for Moore to the jets as a Joke. But I was serious about trading him to anyone while he still has Value as a Journeyman. Devlin is a competent backup We have no need for Moore anymore.

I think that is a fake report... When you go to that twitter handle, the account has been suspended, when you go to Barry Jackson's sports buzz page at the Miami Herald, he makes no reference to it, and I dont believe he even has a twitter handle, he doesnt list one anywhere in his bios or contact info...

You would think so but Clark Hunt just offered him a contract extension this week.
