You know what? Give the Fans SOMETHING. Their Team blows. Give the Fans something to cheer for. God that was us just a few years back with a slightly better defense. At least this Team is realizing the Fans are getting shafted with Chad Henne and are offering SOMETHING that they can enjoy , root for. Wow. Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Tim Tebow...What a QB lineup, huh? All were drafted high, and all have been horrible busts. I just can't imagine having 3 on your roster at the same time!

Henne and Gabbert were in entirely different drafts so there COULDN'T HAVE BEEN anyone who advocate taking both.

And I only respond because I DID support Henne WHEN he was here. But I never advocated drafting Gabbert to replace him.

I supported henne while he was here....But now im glad its over.

I supported pat white while he was here as well...Just as every other frustrated dolphin fan was supposed to do.

Just sayin' it wasn't me dude. I'll fess up to Ryan Mallett. But don't know about Blaine Gabbert.

Ok i guess you want to make it clear ok.

Because someone ELSE has always been quick to remind me of other draft choices I've advocated in the past who have gone to other teams and either busted or not played.

A lot of fotball da Vincis around here liked Gabbert coming out.

I know Truth did, and A&O and I liked him as well. And I said liked, not a big cheerleader or necessarily in love with.

Gabbert "seemed" to have all the tools to be legit in the N F L. And he still may -- if he gets moved to a really good situation with a coach that can develop his game.

But odds are he's a bust. And that's that.

Beyond that -- these "in retrospect" comparatives are rather childish IMO -- because those who take a stance of any given QB prospect are most likely going to be wrong -- unless they are taking the stance the kid won't make it to certified coitusback level.

TBow. is not a Bust. He took the Broncos to the very same level Payton did last year. His problem is that he is not the pure Passer type QB that the NFL wants and no one is willing to give him what he needs to be great again. The Jags hit rock bottom and might be now. Its a smart move. Absolutely Nothing to lose and everything to gain. I'm rooting for him. He never should have signed with the Jets. That's the devil and he paid for it!

Capt- I have seen that they are going to give him a tryout and will have a shot to play QB... That is all he has not been signed yet, just a tryout... WIth Freeman's release, Jags could go in a different direction fast now...

WOW all the Tebow haters are out huh? He will never be an elite QB in this league because he's not a pure passer. But then again there is a guy in Wasington and one in Carolina that that aren't fairing to well for the same reason. We all love them though.....

I haven't seen this Tebow to Jax report anywhere, I think its false.

It is coming from one report Terez Owen, and then picked up by other outlets and reported... I don't know who Terez Owen is but it makes sense that at some point the Jags would at least get a try out from, in his home town and where he is a hometown hero of sorts... So who knows, time will tell... but a workout doesnt mean much IMO.....
