For the record Ross is still a Dumbo that also let it be known clearly which side of the political fence he falls on. It's not that I think he's dumb for being a Republican...it's for taking sides when your fan base can be pretty much either/or. Seems like common sense to keep your political leanings to yourself if you are an NFL owner in battleground states like in Florida or in clearly left-leaning ones like those up in the northeast.

if voting in their own personal interests, every NFL owner should be for Romney big time. Stupid to go public with statements like the Jets owner, though, since you are automatically going to piss off 1/2 of your fan base no matter which guy you endorse

But to actually say to a jets fan, who worked his ass off all week just to donate another several hundred to YOU , "I would rather So & So be elected then win a Superbowl." he not only took the wind out of more then half of the Fan base, Mr FireHat included , I bet he pissed off most of the Team.
