Being in it and losing this way is just way too irritating. For once it would be nice to see this team finish and put away a win in a close game. Just doesn't seem possible.

Bad loss today. At least we have now the Montana-Brady hybrid clone needed to build upon. See 7 SB's champioships between both. Good times ahead.

You blame RT? The kid played his friggin heart out. I'm not sure if he's the QB of the future yet, but to blame him for this loss is insane. Hopefully you were saying that tongue in cheek.

Explain to me how many interceptions Brady or Montana threw in OT to lose a game.

trade your #1 WR and don't replace him in draft or FA? That should get you fired

Looks like a repeat of last year, can't finish and kicker missing key field goals in close games

No he got hit as he released the ball and it fell short.

It's beyond int's. This is just one game. Championships count regardless. With RT I've completely forgotten about a fellow with a 13 number jersey. Actually I don't watch the CBS preview show. Never. My bad originally

I think Dan Carpenter should forfeit his day off and kick field goals all day. The dude is being a total choke meister.

"Explain to me how many interceptions Brady or Montana threw in OT to lose a game."

After their fourth pro game? Not sure, maybe they hadn't played well enough at that early a stage in their careers to get their teams into overtime games. The kid showed a lot of heart today. Without his play, we probably don't even get into overtime.

Yes, I blame him. Not to say the rookie won't learn from this mistake, but it was his mistake that ultimately cost the game.

Twice he turned the ball over when a defender was coming right at him. It wasn't that he couldn't see the defender, it was that he thought he could make a play. He needs to learn to tuck the ball in, maybe he can run or break the tackle, but by trying to make something happen he will lose the game.

The kid needs to learn how to not turn the ball over. It doesn't mean he won't learn, it just means that until he learns it won't matter how many yards he passes for.

Also... how does a QB throw for nearly 450 yards and yet the team only scores 2 TDs? That is his other problems - getting the ball into the endzone when he is in the red zone.

So yea, RT lost the game. It was RT's fault.

Brady threw very few INTs his first year. He also won a couple over time games.

Do you guys see how obsessed he is? Just like everybody else, Tannehill had his high points and low points. He ignores everyone else's failing except Tannehill's.

Yea, I blame RT. The Hartline bomb TD was nice, but I'm not going to just ignore that he had a couple critical mistakes at the end of the game.

Hopefully RT learns from his mistakes.

QB is the most important position on the team.

I'm not obsessed, just giving credit where credit is due.

RT threw an INT in OT that gave the other team position at mid field. A good, experienced QB doesn't do that.

Hopefully Tannehill learns from this mistake.

Did carpenter lose the game by missing another field goal? Did Sean Smith lose the game by not making a play on Arizona's last TD? The kid just broke a rookie passing record formerly held by Marino. He did it with receivers that everyone said were the worst in the NFL. When is the last time that a Miami receiver had almost 300 yards in one game? Listen, I'm not sold on the kid yet either, but if you're going to blame him for the INT, you're neglecting to account for the fact that he threw an 80 yard TD and then completed a pass for the 2 point conversion that gave us the lead. Tannehill made big strides today and I don't blame him for the loss anymore than I do any other player.

Every element of the team made critical mistakes. Carpenter's missed field goal, poor blocking, etc.

Fins 72, go back and read over the last few months. This guy is medical when it comes to Tannehill. You talking him out of blaming Tannehill is like you talk a fox out of chewing when he has a chicken in his mouth.

I'm not neglecting the facts.

Overall RT did well.

But great QBs pick up their game when things are on the line and the offense gets in the red zone. What I see with RT is quite the opposite. He played like an idiot in OT, and his accuracy, as well as receiver selection, goes out the window when he is in the red zone.

He may get better, and if he is going to continue to start we must demand that he gets better. But I'm not going to let him off the hook because he threw for a lot of yards and is a rookie.

We lost the friggen game. He turned the ball over at a critical time. Our drives stalled twice inside the 20. So yes, I'm blaming the QB.
