I think Reggie Bush is destined to be a Bengal. They are 55 mil under the cap and already said they are looking for some lightning to go with their thunder (Ben JG Ellis).
They are also rumored to be planning on being a big spender in FA this year.
We won't be able to compete and Reggie is by far the best RB available this year.
Pretty good for a team that has been in the playoffs for two straight years.
With Ellis making $3M per year, it would be surprising to see a team spend big money on a second RB. Veteran RBs don't usually do too well on the open market.

No one is going to treat Reggie Bush like he is in the Arian Foster or Marshawn Lynch class. He is looking at more in the $3-4M per year range.
He made more than that here. If that were the case we will sign him. No way the top RB in FA has to settle for 3 mil a year.
Marshawn Lynch saw his value drop after off field issues (arrests, suspensions, bouncing around the league and injuries and still got 7.75 mil with a 6mil bonus.
Foster led the league in rushing and got a fat contract. 8.6 mil yr plus 20 mil guaranteed.
I'm not suggesting Bush is getting that deal. His cap hit this year was 6 mil and you think he is not getting a raise after two 1k season behind a mediocre line?
Bush doesn't consider himself to be a "second" anything. He's not going to sign with a team who can't promise that he'll be the feature back, as he's clearly shown he can be.
I've only got one comment on this thread. And it has nothing to do with what Bush is going to get and where he is going to wind up.....although it IS interrelated.
My comment is why the hell did Lamar Miller not get more playing time?

Remember how we got Bush. He was due huge money from New Orleans, so they traded him for peanuts, and we signed him to a two year deal worth $4.5M per year, which was significantly less than his contract called for.
There is no team out there that is going to look at Reggie Bush and think that he is going to be their workhorse. So, he's not going to get a deal like Foster or Lynch got. The market for older RBs just isn't there.
