Time to release Naanee and add Fuller, play matthews, and sign a FA, even if Chad is the best player avail! not like that would happen.

Naanee is much like the signing of Marc Columbo last year. A head scratcher. So far, he really looks like a complete waste of a roster spot. I hope we cut our losses asap.

Get rid of this Naanee guy. On that slant, THill put the ball where it has to be-a little in front so the receiver can run after the catch-but the QB has the right to expect the receiver to reach out or even fight for the ball. All Naanee had to do was be a LITTLE physical, and he wasn't. Show him the door.

LOL. It would be true but for one fact.

Ireland is deaf.

Don't understand the Naanee thing AT ALL. He's Fumble fingered, doesn't look particularly fast, doesn't have good size, gets no separation....I just don't get it.

It's all a ruse. They're saving Naanee as a secret weapon for the play-off run.

Yes please, say no to Naanee. "Mr. butterfingers"

He did the same in the preseason, looking timid going across the middle. At 6'2, 220, being physical is the reason he is on the team. If he is not going to be tough enough to do that, it's time to move on.

I am sick of drops. We need guys that can catch. We had NO receptions by a WR other than Bess until 5 minutes into the 4th quarter...Bess had two drops at the end of the game.

Remember Gibril Wilson? Ernest Wilford? It seems we have to have ONE guy just about every year that you wonder why he hangs on.

Hopefully Armstrong is more up to speed this week and can make an impact this week.

those were big $$ high profile FA signings so it made some sense that they'd be given a year to prove themselves (tho Wilford was barely activated gameday, as I recall). This guy NeNe is a low priced no-name who totally sucks. I predict if he doesn't make an impact this week (yeah right) he will be cut.

Regardless, along with Columbo, those were all guys that we, as fans, kept wondering why we continued to waste a roster spot on them. The same applies to Na na nee nee noo noo.

Nanee needs to be shown the door. To my knowledge he hasn't done one thing in any game this year to merit another second on the team. He's 29 years old...not like he just hasn't had the chance or time to develop.

Not only that- after the interception, watch him run after the guy with the ball- he runs like a girl (or Steven Seagall). Not a good thing in a receiver.

My main objection to Ireland is the fact that he consistently brings in FA's and expects them to be something they have never been before. He thinks he can rewrite history.

He expects injury prone players to remain healthy (Justin Smiley & Jake Grove)

He expects Wilford, Gibril Wilson, Naanee and Columbo to all of the sudden become quality starters.

He expects Marshall and Ocho Cinco to be grown ups and then releases them when they are not.

That's true. I just can't figure out why looking back at Nee Nee Na Na bouncing from team to team and not distinguishing himself anywhere, why he thought he would be a good addition.

He probably was looking at Nee Nee when Nee Nee got drafted by another team and still think he was "the one that got away" EVEN THOUGH NEE NEE NEVER DID ANYTHING AFTERWARD to distinguish himself.

If we're not loaded at WR next year with high pick rookies and quality FAs, Ireland will be on very thin ice.
