Hard Knocks..........

Nothing earth shattering. WTF did they waste 5 minutes on Chad Johnson when he hasn't been on the team for 3 weeks!? It was an interesting insight to a new coaching staff, but I'm done with it. Bring on the real thing!! Go Phins!

clearly HBO thinks the players still on the team are too boring to waste time on. seems like other than RT the rest of the show has been spent on players who were cut, traded, or retired

Do you think they waited on Gerrard to avoid hard knocks coverage?

I don't have HBO, so I'm only able to watch it a few days afterwards on the internet. Watch CJ get re-signed by the fins when this Hard Knocks thing is over.

That would be something. I mean they were focusing on his workouts on the beach for a reason......we do need a reciver, Even the QB coach was commenting how funny he was and that he missed him.

In all honesty I think we would be better off with him back than with Nanee.

See what happened to Isaako Aaitui? he got screwed.

He got cut and the Jets picked him up. he was hurt bad in his first practice. He might be done for good. The Jets didn't give him shit. Nada. With no NFL team to report to, his rehab is now his responsibility. Both financially and personally. Young girlfriend. 3 kids. Thats F**ked up.

Don't the Jets have any liability? What a scumbag move.

Pretty much all the guys I talk to about football out here in Cali who watch Hard Knocks, and dont have any attachment to the Dolphins, really like Philbin and the Organization (Ireland/coaches).
They also really think that Tannehill could be the Q we have been looking for for so long.

Really goes to show how much more we are critical of our own.

I truly feel bad for Aaitui. He seemed like a really good guy and had a lot of potential. I don't understand why any player would or even could sign a contract that didn't have some sort of injury settlement.

What I don't understand, is why the guy would have 3 kids without any financial security first. If that is the case, he is the classic case of putting the cart before the horse. Hopefully, his wife can work or he has a fall back plan.

Your right. Before he got hurt and I saw him living in that cheap apartment with the 3 kids I was like......22 yrs old and 3 kids!? When I was 22 I had a dog. He kind of Dug his own grave , but the jets suck for taking advantage of him and not making sure anyone hurt is taken care of. Geez. What Low lifes do that to rookie players?
