Moore and BM had good chemistry together. No one to replace Marshall though

I think Ireland is a great talent evaluator, and I am positive he will draft 2 or 3 guys that will be very good in this offense.

Losing Marshall will not be a big deal, at all.

Slippery Fingers Marshall dropped 6 TDs last year.

I'm not concerned about Marshall. Thats way down the concern list.

He will be better if we get him 2 WR that can catch and get separation and a TE like Allen, Fleener Charles or Allen

Surely you jest! Good Chemistry?

At the pro bowl, BM complained about not having a quality quarterback in Miami.

On the field, BM dropped 7 of the touchdown passes Moore threw him in the endzone. That shouldn't have thrilled Moore.

With that kind of chemistry, who needs incompatability?

I agree. I expect at least 2 pro bowler WRs in the 2d and 3d rounds. Also I am sure he'll draft a HOF QB in the 6th, maybe the 5th.

If we can get a guy with only HALF Marshall's talent but with none of his divisiveness, we would be twice ahead of the game.

BM caught 6 TD passes and averaged about 15 yds/ completion. He had 20 receptions for over 20 yards.

Anthony Fasano caught 5 TD passes and averaged about 14 yds/completion. He had 12 receptions for over 20 yards.

Of course, BM had to have the ball thrown his way 80 times for him to get 6TDs. Fasano only needed about 30 receptions to get his 5 TDs.

Football is a team sport and no single player can win a game. But BM's *SIX* dropped TDs definitely lost us some games.

Marshall dropped 7 TD, although 3 of those were from Henne. And in some ways, losing Marshall will help the rhythm of the offense. No matter whether it was Henne or Moore, the tendency is to sit there and wait for Marshall to get separation and force him the ball (over 130 times last year). Without him, the ball will come out quicker, and go where the coverage says it should go. I am not the least bit worried about replacing Marshall. Addition by subtraction.

I say we take Justin Blackmon, and even trade up if need be. That right their along with a Dallas Clark type tight end, and a legit right tackle your offense will be better than ok.

how are we going to get a legit RT, a dallas clark tight end, and trade up to higher than #6 to get blackmon? why not throw in a pro bowl QB while you're at it? We need a 10-15 sack pass rusher too---let's get one of those also.

I'll bet Ireland can pull that off. Folks just seem to like working with him on this kind of stuff :-)

It's not at all impossible to sign Dallas Clark he is a free agent, and draft a wide reciever early in the draft. Then have a healthy Lyndon Murtha come back from injury as your starting right tackle. Not to mention Reily Reif fro Iowa who will be a good pro some say. So we can address our needs the pass rusher I am not so sure about, but Misi has got to take the next step and perform better im my opinion.
