Seems like the players favor Tebow.

Did you read what Revis said about Tebow?

BTW, nobody listens to Namath anymore, he is a terrible alchy.

Neither of those QBs is in Namath's class.

Neither is Namath anymore. He talks like an idiot, but surely you would expect him to favor a poure passer over a guy like Tebow.

Tebow could become a big peice for the jests if he can get them in the endzone more vs 3 pointers, and alos if he can be a locker room motivator, which it sounds like he has already impacted.

I'm counting on Sparano keeping them in the 3 point vs 6 point strategy however smiling smiley

Despite everything happening with us in the last six months, again, the biggest head-scratchers to me have been

1) Why the hell would anybody want an almost certainly washed up Peyton Manning? Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles can see what's going to happen to Denver this year. All of you who disagree, just sit back and watch.

2) Why would the New York Jets, of all teams, go for Tim Tebow? I mean Sanchez ain't the top quarterback in the league but he ain't the absolutely worst either. Had we signed Tebow, I would have said, "well, I guess I don't agree with it but I can see it because was Matt Moore last games just a fluke" (Not considering the WCO).

But NYJ should still be in the process of finding out how Sanchez will ultimately shake out.

Only two words explain it, "Quarterback Frenzy."

The coaches of the 70's, the Shulas, Lombardis, and Davises would be scratching their heads.

It had to be Saprano. He likes that wildcat bullshit. That was not a strong team last yeat "Team Locker room wise" , this season they will definitely start off divided.

Namath had a nice career, he is however now no longe relevent nor is it unique that he would pick a pure passer. Too much over nothing to put much stock in his opinion.

He was talented, but never mistaken for being cerebral.

It's no different than when reporters look to Marino or Griese for a sound bite. It's just reporters looking for something to put in writing and possibly stir things up.... manufactured news.
