Yes I agree I thought he looked good on the edited clip and came across strong in the video/classroom, and on the field with the play they ran...

LOL. Sarcasm at its best.

Either way, I will speak to everybody else except Crowder since he thinks its cool to cuss me out, then post on my threads.

Everybody else....I was highly impressed by the fact that Gruden said Tannehill could step into mini camps today and throws passes. I also liked the fact that he could teach the WR's proper routes.

Tannehill seems like a very smart kid and very well spoken....

unlike Ryan "aka White Chocolate" Mallett from last year.

Gruden also said that Ryan Tannehill easily belongs in the top tier of QB's with Luck and RG3.

"the NFL Network's Albert Breer reported that Miami already liked Tannehill even before it hired Mike Sherman to be the offensive coordinator."

When he realized the kid has some skills, brains, unique skills, and leadership. Gruden was waiting for him to screw up (check the facial expressions and the intent focus from him) in the classroom portion of the viedo, he didn't.

Looked to me like he threw that last ball a little late-receiver had already made his break.

The kid is super smart. Really focused. Great athelete for QB. Tons of upside. Yet relatively unproven. He's a spec. Albeit a really good one. Odds are the kid is a legit player in a year or two. Could be great.

And the biggest thing is, our brain trust knows HIM better than anyone else is the league. I have no issue taking him @8. If we pass, then we obviously don't have that kind of faith on his upside.

If he get's grabbed before 8 then we move on.

My opinion. Of course.

BNF.

I'm changing my position on Tannehill--he looks promising and we should pick him at 8.

Crowder let it go before your accused of being racist against white football players. Aqua uses this site for self promotion kind of what the old dolphin Mike used it for for until he was banned. Don't get into a pissing contest with a self absorbed know it all because why waste your time.

Was that when he flew around the earth counter clockwise to reverse the direction it spins and rewind time to save Lois Lane?

Hey Truth Jay Fieldler was a freaking genius, but was he an elite QB? I mean come on smarts matter unless your Scam Newton, and then well hell all bets are off Because Scam never ever went to one class at Auburn probably coudn't find the front door at the school or even spell door, but he is somehow going to revolutionize the QB posititon along with RG stinko right Aqua? My point you don't really know about players until at least 3 years of them being in the league, but being intelligent does help unless your super athletic, and have talent on lone from the almighty himself I guess.

Lol...your obsession with cam newton is charming.

But I wasn't saying anything about Tannehill's wonderlic score. Just giving people another piece of information to make their evaluation of him.

Regardless of intelligence, some kids are just ball players and will always be above average or superstar players ! "BALLERS" they call'em !

Having brains doesn't make you a great NFL QB.

But not having them makes you an NON NFL QB.

If by "brains" you mean a high IQ or 'book smarts' I'd agree with you.

But the ONE thing that makes a QB successful or not in the NFL is his brain.

Its their ability to process the visual information in front of them and make fast, CORRECT decisions that separates the Dan Marino's of the world from the Jeff Georges's.
