I say its a huge leak. The guards and right tackle are scrubs......We got a solid rookie center and jake long whos injured a lot so we will see if he can stay healthy an entire season.

You said leaving QB aside, but Miami can't do that. That is their #1 priority.

Losing Marshall and releasing Bell, now two more holes have opened up.

Miami has too many holes to fill, so the best player available when Miami picks is their only choice (except their #1, which will probably be a Qcool smiley.

picking a QB with the first pick just because he is a QB is not smart. There is no QB worth that pick, except MAYBE Tannheill (and I have my doubts), but if he's not there, we can't take a QB just because we really need one.

Normally, a team shouldn't take a QB with the first pick just because he is a QB, but Miami MUST get their franchise guy, and since Luck and RG III are off the board, the 3rd rated QB is Tannehill. He is rated very highly by the majority of draft experts, and that is what we, as fans, can go on (except those guys who either follow A&M or have somehow watched all their games).

The experts say Tannehill can be a franchise guy -- Miami needs a franchise QB. 1 + 1 = 2. If Miami doesn't trade up for him and Cleveland grabs him, then Miami trades down and gets Weeden, or they get whatever QB is rated the highest in the 2nd round.

Miami can't keep messing around every year on the QB issue. They have to keep drafting one until they finally hit on the right one.
Sometimes they are going to have to draft a guy a little higher than they wanted to.
