chandler harnish yeah my man now your talking... I think that after RG3 and luck he is the 3rd best qb on the board (dare to think outside the box). Trust me he will be a start "IF" he ever gets a shot.

Blackmon is not even a possibility to us at #8.

A&O I don't have Blackmon as he would only be avail if we traded up. If he was, he would go over Floyd

Actually another option is to replace Floyd in option 1 with Mike Wallace, a proven deep threat.

Flynn and Wallace could really open things up for the others as well as Bush

Sign Wallace and pick up a quick slot guy like Ryan Broyles, Ty Hilton or Kendall Wright and our WR are upgraded significantly. If Clyde can pick it up that would be 3 burners

I think if we sign Flynn, as it now seems we will, we are going to end up trading down.

I'm hoping Dallas Trades up to Grab Tanehill if he is still available at the 8th Pick. we could KILL this draft!

Why would Dallas trade up for a backup qb?

We could trade down. The way the draft falls, there may not be a great player at a position of need for us at #8. So, trading down to the middle of the round and adding another 2nd rounder is a possibility. We are not going to draft a RT at #8. It would be poor value. If we really like USC DE Nick Perry, as has been rumored, we could trade down with a team that has fallen in love with Coples or Ingram. I also think we could be players for BC MLB Luke Kuechly in the first round. If we are switching to the 4-3 for real, we don't have a pure MLB on the roster.

The signing of Solia means that Odrick plays primarily DE. If we sign Mark Anderson, the need for a pass rushing DE in the first round goes down significantly. We could draft a more developmental pass rusher a little later.

Anderson would change our draft plans, DL would be set, and could allow us to trade down and pick up a WR and another 2nd and in 2 & 3 go

TE, OL, S, WR

We would have addressed QB, OL, DL, secondary, TE, WR and have 4-7 to further shore up positions with aditional WR, OL, LB & secondary help

if we sign flynn, and anderson, I see a trade down. floyd is too high at 8. Hopefully richrdson or tannehill falls and we trade down with a team that wants one of those.

Yeah ChyrenB, you don't need QB's until you're like Houston and # 1 & 2 go down, and as mentioned Flynn isn't a sure thing

Unfortunately our draft success hasn't been real good

This is true. Flynn is almost completely unproven. Matt Moore is more proven. He has proven that he is no more than a backup QB. At least Flynn's limited opportunities have shown he has potential for more than that.

Since Flynn is unproven, and Matt Moore is a very poor fit in a west coast offense, it makes a great deal of sense to draft another QB to groom and to hedge your bet.

You take another QB simply because there is a potentially good one available. Then there is the very real possibility Moore isn't here due to doubts about his WCO viability. Right now I'd give Moore nothing more than a 50/50 chance of being in a Phins uniform next season. The only people that have any idea right now are Philbin and Sherman.

You don't pass on Trent Richardson, if he falls to 8th....it would be like passing on Emmitt Smith, or Adrian Peterson.

If we land Flynn, we're going for a pass rusher to put Brady on his ass in the 1st round. I would almost bet my house here in paradise on it.

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
RB's are a dime a dozen and everybody knows it. There is not much difference between Adrian Peterson and Arian Foster.

Foster was undrafted or 7th round.

TRENT RICHARDSON... hopefully we can use his availability to trade down. He does remind me of EMMITT. We've already invested ALOT in our current RBs.

Emmitt was only Emmitt because he had the greatest O-line in history

we have a pretty darn good Oline ourselves, no? I think we are stacked at RB, I want us to sign a QB, retain Moore, and keep our DRAFT day options wide open to the possibilities.

i agree jlyell. those first six are locks i think, except the bucs could go with richardson and st. louis would take caliborne. I like the guys you mentioned for jax and i would throw Ingram in the mix as well.
