Hey iam happy as long as the pats and jets go downhill.

BTW the jets signed sanchez to a 40 mill 5 year contract. Now they are stuck with this scrub. Im loving it.

I wish we had kept the coaching staff from last year. They did a pretty good job of turning chicken salad from chicken ****.

I wish we had faith in Moore and brought in a seasoned vet to challenge him to get to the next level or take his job.

I wish we had sign a guy like Winston at RT

I wish we would draft Decastro in the first

I wish we would draft a qb like Cousins in the third

I do not know crap but that would give us the best Oline in the NFL.

Plus we would be in a better position than we are now.

Dansby wasnt a big fish, he has been an over paid major dissapointment, he has his games, but injuries and being out of shape last year, etc...
We got ripped off for what we payed him.. No pro bowls, only a couple interceptions, a couple sacks.... and tackles, when he is healthy and not over weight....

You guys sound pathetic, all part of the game, FO is doing okay, just didn't get the ones they wanted, but really were a low percentage chance in each case ...

and all the better if we drive up the price for other teams!

I know its easy to cry "whoa is me" but lets keep a few things in mind...

1) Harbaugh would have been here except for the fact he didn't want to move his family. He didn't use us. He just didn't pick us. There is more to choosing a job than the paycheck.

2) Manning didn't even want to meet with us. Hardly the expected action of a guy who was trying to use us to drive up his price. Fact is that Manning could NAME his price. He didn't need anyone to drive it up or he'd have flirted with Dan Snyder for a few days.

3) Fisher definitely used us.


But you guys are looking at this all wrong.

I'm a Yankee fan. Every decent free agent in the league tries to use the Yankees to drive up their price. Its part of the dance. Some guys you actually have a shot at. Some have no intention of ever playing for you.

The fact that they are using you as leverage PROVES two very important things:

1) you are a good destination.

2) other teams are scared of losing talent to you to the point they will overpay.

If those two things weren't fact, then nobody would be using you for leverage.


We've gone nearly 30 years without making a serious effort to secure a franchise QB. Finally we get an owner and a GM that "get it" when it comes tot he importance of that position and who seem committed to finding that guy and you guys go wacko when they don't get him after 3 days of trying.

Let it play out. If we come out of this off-season with ONE guy fromt he Manning, Flynn, RG3, Wheedon, Tannehill (gulp) list, or with extra picks next year, we'll have done more to address the QB position in 1 year than we have in nearly 3 decades.

Pathetic? How about it is pathetic that our once storied franchise, is a low percentage chance to land personel... And why are we low percentage....
How pathetic is it that some one wants to try and justify and spin the obvious blatant failures of our owner and GM... We get used alot, like a cheap hooker...

Yes it sounds pathetic ... no need to jump off a bridge, and we haven't benn "storied" in quite some time, so let's not get offended cause people are making choices.

We're getting better and will end up with a decent QB, and maoning about it won't turn it around.
