Eric Winston, RT, was just released by the Texans so they could have more money to try to resign Myers and Mario.
Winston is one of the best RT in the league and could play LT as well. He went to school at the U.
Not sure what contract he is looking for but he would fit great in Miami. He fits Philbin's scheme perfectly, fills a huge need, and gets to come home.

The traditional west coast offense is more man to man blocking, while Winston's been playing in a zone blocking scheme. Not sure what Philbin, Sherman, et all have in mind for us. As a quality RT, he's probably looking at around $5M per season. If we sign Manning or Flynn, he's out of our price range.

GREAT!!! And they can all pass block for....Matt Moore!!! AAAAHHHHH!!!!
According to reports he is getting heavily weighted down by his wife to sign with the Dolphins because she is a South Florida native and all her family still lives there.

I'm sure you all know that he is a UM graduate. He is looking to go back to Miami, if at all possible, which is one reason why I think he is giving Miami first crack.
And yes, A&O, he is looking for big bucks. He is the top OT in FA.
Could this be another reason why Miami let Marshall go?
He says his first priority is winning. He wants to play on a contending team. So we will need to pay more or convince him that he will fit in very well with the coaching staff or sell him on the location because the ravens and lions are both after him and they are obvious contenders while we are middle of the pack.
