Thanks i needed that.....Im in my 40s.......I feel like a kid now....With a lot of pain in my arms back and legs though....I burn a bottle of advil every week.

I remember when we traded him, I think it was the first time I felt truly angry at something the Phins organization did.

Damn class guy. I too remember when we traded him to San Fran, hated it. I think we had Nat Moore and D Harris but Solomon was so smooth.

One of my all time favorite Dolphins. If O.J. had not been traded to SF, then we would not have gotten Delvin here.

We needed a RB and they needed a WR at the time.

I will never forget Freddie in a Dolphins uniform.

RIP Freddie. You deserved more thatn life gave you - and life gave you alot.

You were, and are the definition of class.
