Seriously, I like all the really young dudes on the staff in "upwardly mobile" positions. We've needed that for a long time IMO. From what I can tell I'd give Philbin a solid B+ or more in assembling the staff. But of course the results will tell all, in due time. We can also hope this leaves room for Chad P to come on board, tho it sounds like he's more into HS coaching because of the time demands of the NFL. But I sure hope he changes his mind and Philbin likes 'em. Re: No QB coach on staff?
