Come on. Going for it on 4th and about 12 from midfield when you are ahead by one touchdown in the closing minutes of the first half.

Remember, if we both tie at the same record, the Bills pick before us based on head to head.

it is common knowledge that the draft tiebreaker is opponent's strength of schedule, not head to head, so maybe you are the one who needs schooling

There are SEVERAL tiebreakers berk, not just one.

And weren't you the one that I had to educate about the strength of schedule tiebreaker a couple of weeks ago.

YOu want me to find the post.

jesus, read what you just wrote. bolding the second sentence does not change the meaning of the first--"if ties exist in any grouping except (2) above, such ties shall be broken by strength-of-schedule."

That's an order of priority! That doesn't mean that the second rule doesn't exist.

So it looks like we will win and they will lose. So I'll wait to see what you say when the NFL post that they are behind us in the standings.

It's simple, between two teams, the team with the better record drafts last.

When you pick BEFORE a team, that means you have a HIGHER draft pick.

Let's say its four weeks ago and Indy is 0-12. They pick FIRST!

They have a higher pick since they have the number 1 pick.

They pick AHEAD OF EVERYBODY ELSE.

Now please explain what you understood.

so wait...your great insight in your post about tiebreakers is that the team with the worse record picks higher than the team with the better record? really? wow you are a genius.

the only thing you have proven is that you are an obstinate fool.

AGAIN you said "if we both tie at the same record, the Bills pick before us based on head to head. " a point that I have proven wrong about 10 times in this thread, and a point you are now pretending you never said.

you are delusional.

Only difference in Bills Schedule from ours are the last year's conference "place" teams in the North and South division.Bills played the Bangles and Titans, Dolphins played the Browns and Texans.

We will pick ahead of the Bills, even though the Bills end up last in the division.

The only draft tiebreaker is strength of schedule. Easier schedule picks first. There is no other draft tiebreaker, and showing up as 3rd in the division rather than 4th means nothing.

For your benefit, berk, "higher in the division" means we have a better record which, in turn, means we draft later.
