IMO draft picks are such an unknown commodity it is hard to say who is gonna be amazing and what part of the draft they are going to come from.

-All I care about is that we get great players I don't care if they are well known or unknown or if they came from the first round or the seventh round.

exactly reppa. especially at this point and trades always play a part too. don't get too hung up over one guys mock draft. besides walters mocks always suck anyways. i could never figure out how he was qualified to grade college prospects or grade out NFL players.

I really feel that the Rams are gonna deal Luck and Ross wants/NEEDS a superstar in south florida. He will order Irlend to make it happen or follow Tony meatballs back up North.

Im starting to think that RG3 will be the best QB to come out of this draft.

He has the same or even some better intangibles that Luck has.

A/O, what would you give up to trade up to get RG3? Understanding that it would take at least 2 first rounders, and more

Suck for Luck.......don't lose focus. RGIII is a great Plan "B" though. However, If irlend is thinking RGIII becuase of his Baylor days, fine. Just grab a direction and go for it. thumbs up

if the asking price for luck is 3 first rounders, I'd pay it. One of those is this years pick, which we'd basically be spending on luck. Another is next years which I bet you anything we'd be spending on a QB anyway if we take a RT in the first, and the other would probably be spend on some Jason Allen type.

LOu Holtz and Mark May said on the halftime show they would be willing to bet their lives that RG3 will be a better NFL QB than Andrew Luck will be.

Their paid talking heads trying to stir up unwarrnated contrversy. Luck will be the best QB in this years draft taken #1 overall by the Colts. Rg whatever the hell will be taken by the Seahawks because their headcoach is an idiot fresh out of the college ranks to boot. We will likely trade for a veteran or take a player later in the draft perhaps a Chandler Harnish because no other QB warrants being taken in the 1st round. Or you'll end up like the Vikings with Ponder get the picture. I suspect that Moore will remain the starter unless we trade for Peyton Manning or Matt Flynn. Anyway next season will certainly be better than the crap we were served this year me thinks.

i agree that next season will be better finshady. i would be willing to deal two first rounders for Griffin. in a heartbeat i would do that. i would be fine throwing in an additional 3rd round pick if thats what it would take.

the more i watch Griffin the more impressed I am. he pushes the ball downfield with impressive accuracy. he doesn't run that much unless its a called run. he has great awareness to evade the rush and keeps his eyes downfield while scrambling. he will be a very good QB. i am now advocating RGIII with one of the Packers assistants as head coach or the Panthers OC. they both know how to develop athletic QBs and mold an offense around them.
