Hope the bolts jam it down our throats next week. Nice exclamation mark on the outgoing regime come the bye week.

People are going to flame you for this thread but you know what, I agree. I hope we're 0-4 at the bye if that's what will get Ross to can this clown.

You know what? Not to knock on Henne, because I think he has been very solid so far this season, but this is the best thing that could happen to this franchise right now. Let's draft a once a generation QB prospect #1 overall and build a team that can WIN in today's NFL.

Not trying to get flame'd just speaking how frustrated I am with this organization. Ever since Shula left it has not been the organization it once was.

I think it comes down to this.

Can we do better?

Ask is there a better LT than Long? Maybe--probably not. He's a keeper.
Ask is there a better G than Incognito? Yeah probably.
Do we continue to build with Pouncey? Yeah Probably.
Do we stick with Carey? No--better players are out there.
What about Columbo? Replace him for a better prospect.

Ask is Vontae Davis worth keeping? Maybe
Ask is S. Smith worth keeping? Maybe not.
Ask do we hunt for two top safetys or keep the guys we have. Keep Bell.

This is the kind of assessment that needs to be done.

Selection has to be based on approach. Will we continue with a 3-4 D? Doesn't seem to work with our present personnel. Burnette--OMG he's pretty bad. He's no Zach Thomas--Not even big mouth Crowder --(can't believe I said that)
Dansby--he's a disappointment too. He's average IMO.

I could go on throughout the entire team....but that's not my job.

The Fins are in dire need of a good HC who can shape a winning team.

Agree with the Colonel. Bad Drafts (except for Daniel Thomas so far, but that may 1 or two aout of about 20?) ) and free agent signings. That will do you in every time if you are trying to rebuild
