I agree. If you look past the setbacks of our defense last week , Chad Henne was just off the hook. I just hope he doesn't have to be our leading rusher again. I think the firing of Sapp made its point and we see a very well motivated "D" and we take our First Texans win.

And I get to sit at home , relax and watch the whole thing!

Aqua you are just been negative just so that if we lose it doesnt hit you that hard right? LOL.

Houston didn't seem to miss Foster too much last week. They had two RBs fill in and tear it up. Tate had over 100 yards and a TD.

Kubiak seems to be putting together a line like he had in Denver. One that any RB can gain a thousand yards behind.

If we can eliminate the 50 missed tackles we will be fine.

I think we play good offensively, even showing some more offensive improvement.

I just think we have serious problems covering the games best WR and a good TE (we have always had serious problems covering TE's). If we slide up, they will throw deep, if we play back...they will run on us.


I actaully think the Texans are a sleeper pick in the AFC and are a very, very good team.

I am not being negative, or trying to be Debbie Downer, I just think they are a tad bit better than us.

Do I hope we win!? OF COURSE! Do I hope we are a better team than them this Sunday!? YES!

I just dont think we will be.

We have to remember that this team destroyed the Colts. Granted Peyton Manning was not at QB but still....

I hope we win. We have a team that can win.

But I'm afraid the coaches and the coordinators don't have a clue.

You can't beat ANYBODY in the NFL today without an imaginative game scheme.

Our coaches and coordinators simply put players on the field and say, "Okay, so do what you do."

You can't win games like that.

Maybe there have been enough people writing into the Miami newspapers like me and not Kool-aid drinkers like.....well.......

so that maybe they will at least REACT to such negative comments and try to use a little imagination in calling offensive and defensive schemes.

except for the playcalling on the goal line, daboll called a great game and our offense looked more dynamic than it has in years. not sure what you are complaining about there

i wouldn't call our O staff brain dead. compared to last few years, they are einsteins. as for nolan, I have confidence. he didn't suddenly forget how to coach overnight.

Wade Phillips is one of the best D-coordinaters in the game. Kubiak is one of the best playcallers in the game. Match that up with players like Matt Schuab, Andre Johnson, Arien Foster, Ben Tate, Owen Daniels, Mario Williams, Connor Barwin, Brian Cushing, Jacoby Jones, Jonathon Joseph, DeMeco Ryans, and JJ Watt....


guys, this Texans team is no pushover anymore. They are a legitimate contender in the AFC this year.

Thanks for the props A&O !
But as I've said before,you guys definitely scare me more then the Colts with or without PM.
Y'all are real close to being a contender yourself. Henne surprised me last week,but he seemed to choke when things got tight. And with our secondary still being untested,to tell you the truth I'm a little nervous about this game.
If you guys can stop our run game I see this one going to the wire.
