Hey, there sure were a lot of two point attempts in the game with the jets. Does anybody have an opinion on whether or not Rex Ryan has "gettin away from the cops speed" heading for the nearest donut shop??

I don't like predictions much either but, last season Miami surprised New England with the Wildcat and the rest is history. I expect that our coaches will once again shake things up. I think they have been looking ahead to this game and have been holding something back that we have not seen yet. I believe we'll see a healthy helping of Pat White doing something other than handing off the ball.

The long bomb from Henne to Ginn in the first Jets game is what Ginn is capable of IF Henne and Ginn are given the opportunity to gel by playing together. Ginn has the speed and Henne has the arm to get the ball there. They just need time to develop the chemistry. Can't do that from the bench.

Sometimes you "doom and gloomers" just make me shake my head in disbelief. We win next week and we are in second place and sniffing at New England's heels. That is hardly "out of it". Good grief!! How about rooting for your team instead of talking them down.

For the most part Miami was outplayed by the Jets on both sides of the ball. Ginn was the ONLY reason we won.

Confidence will work wonders for a player. Do not give up on Ginn as a receiver.

As far as I know, this is Sparano's first gig as a head coach and it shows. As Realist pointed out, the team came out in the second half without the intensity that they displayed in the first half. It was as if the coaching staff decided to coast on their big lead. The Saints made their adjustments and caught Sparano and company completely by surprise. That's how I saw it but, I could be wrong.

Luis, the Titans used to be the Tennessee Oilers and before that they were the Houston Oilers. That's why Fisher wore the jersey. It was not a joke. I believe that he was asked to wear it by the NFL.

Either that or, our defense plays up to their potential and slows down New Orleans juuuuuust enough so that our offense can outscore them with a healthy helping of the Wild Cat in a high scoring game.

2452. Re: Henne
In an interview Henne said that in college play, the game slowed down for him about the fourth game that he played. I expect that he will improve steadily through-out the season. Considering the Jets game (excellent defense) as the starting point, by game four or five he could be downright scary.

The opposing teams' defenses are going to have nightmares game planning for us now. The wildcat works, Ronnie and Ricky are spectacular, and now there is a deep threat.

A Dolphin win coupled with a very possible Patroit loss in Denver and the Phins move into first in the division. Even a Patriot win would still put Miami in second, not a bad place to be heading into the bye week. Last week some here were posting about Miami getting a top ten draft pick. This week those threads have slipped off the bottom of the page and everybody is a Dolphin fan again. This is

There are several sources on the internet for free network broadcasts. This Justintv.com that gets mentioned here on occasion is evidently free in the US but here in Costa Rica they want 10 dollars per week, probably the case anywhere outside of the US. You might also try Ziggy.com and Readon.com. There are others. The picture quality is not all that great but, better than watching the Cowboys.

Sounds like it's time for the three commandments for bar hopping in Baghdad. 1. If she's below your standards,, then lower your standards. 2. Go ugly early 3. If she's absolutely, positively too godawful ugly,, revert back to rule number one. Stay safe.
