This is a PR nightmare. No way they hang on to him just to spite him. The sooner he is gone the sooner they will stop talking about Miami is a negative light.

182. Re: Mock
Every mock under the sun has STL taking a LT. Robinson seems to be the favorite pick. Every mock (9 out of 10) has Miami taking Zach Martin. My questions/thoughts on the draft are.... STL still owes Jake Long 7 or 8 mil. Will they take a LT given the commitment to Long? I am thinking it would be tough with so many other needs and Sammy Watkins staring you in the face. Would they take a Q

Pitta just resigned with Ravens 5 year 32 mil. A FB and H-Back have to be able to run block. That's Clay's biggest weakness. Clay is the new breed of TE. Hardly any of the top T

Taylor was injured last year but was highly ranked coming out of the draft. He'll have an entire off-season to get healthy and learn the scheme. Davis was ahead of him last year and showed play making ability. YES...the 2013 rookie class will need t

I know I'm a little obsessed but....the game has changed a bit with a bigger than expected cap. Based on a $130m cap we sit with $38,181,214 worth of space. IF the rumors are true and it goes up to $133 we are at $41,181,214. I'm going all in if I'm JP. This also follows Truth's thought on FA linemen. $41,181,214 + 5,400,000 (Dimitri) + 4,000,000 (Matt) ___________ $50,581,000 I

I remember when the Bills drafted him (same year Saban took Jason Allen) and everyone said it was a reach and then they considered him a flop (and he was sorta). Now he's been to two straight PB's. I would hate to see Clemons follow a similar path. Fun fact/useless info: Player who holds NFL combine record for short shuttle time....anyone know?

More like he got wasted and wrecked it then woke up and remembered nothing or reported it to get insurance money. It looked like the car was parked in the middle of his yard.

Actually it's based from Andrew Luck's comments that he would be 100% behind Martin coming to Indy. Nothing more. They do have 17 unrestricted FA's. Problem is they have two pretty good tackles and just need guards and a center.

No way of know until we see who they pick. One thing is for sure. It will be a better scenario than with the GM and HC fighting. The HC refusing to play the GM's picks. Let's see if the players are better. It is time to find a elite one! It's been far too long and our elite player is aging (Wake).

Yes it all depends on the market. There is reported to be a huge drop-off at safety this year in the draft and it has been said that maybe only 4 safeties will be able to play at all this year. That may drive his price up but I would be surprised if it went as high as 6 mil as there are lots of FA safeties available. I guess we'll see soon enough. Safeties available in FA.... Strong

Colts gave up 1st round pick for a sub-par RB so may give up 6th for Martin. Would be good to clear the cap space for a football player.

McKinnie was benched in favor of Monroe. Not sure who "Bell" is....but Baltimore had bigger issues running the ball. Their running back was out of shape and not focused from everything I've heard. You are judging an the entire running offense. Not just a left tackle. KC had one of the best lines AND RB in the NFL Bal had one of the worst and a RB having off the field issues. Th

I saw at least two times last year where Clemons was screaming at Reshad Jones, telling him where to line up. He was not happy. Not sure what Reshad's problem was last year. Maybe he was hanging out with the o-line too much. Did anyone else notice this?

My only worry is that Philbin will have too much say in personnel choices as he influences Hickey. This will really be a look at how adept JP is in player evaluation. He will have no excuses after this year. Scary! Hickey will either get Philbin who he wants or piss Philbin off as we have seen.
