Why not enter this years draft and tell everyone you'll be going to School in September and you won't sign until after the 2009 season? If he goes undrafted he'd be a free agent when he gets back. If he gets picked and doesn't like the team that selected him he could go back into the 2010 draft. If he likes the team he can work out a deal before the 2010 draft. His value is going to d

I've always liked Tate better than Nicks. I hope he bounces back from the knee injury, and if he does, I'd LOVE to have him in Miami.

Nobody is going to give up a 1st & 2nd rounder for a QB (cassel) that spent most of his only season operating out of the shotgun offense behind one of the leagues top lines throwing to two of the top 5 WR's in the game.

Pennington is the best if we are playing today. Flacco is the best if we are playing in September. Farve has had, and will have, the best career.

I'd have no problems drafting Harvin. He's a cross between Steve Smith and Eddie Royal.

you are probably right in that we won't be trading for Boldin because the price will be to high. We can thank Dallas for that. Until they gave up a #1, #3 & #5 for Roy Williams this year the going price for a #1 WR was a 2nd round pick. IF we could have gotten Boldin for our #2 this year and a later pick in 2010 (a 3rd or 4th rounder) I'd have done it in a minute. I'm not worried

O-line: Biggest concerns are Center and Tackle. Draft a Physical Center. Resign Carey or sign an elite RT via FA. Satele, Smiley, Allemen and Thomas all good guards. D-Line: Get a bigtime NT. Haynesworth would obvioulsy be great but Ferguson needs help. ENds are fine. Would like to add an elite guy but not necessary. LB:

I'm all for selecting big physical Center with one of our first three picks.

Today was definately dissapointing. Not that we lost, so much as the way we lost: by shooting ourselves in the foot. Regardless, ghotirule is right. It was a hulluva season. Next year can't get here fast enough for me.

The secondary isn't horrible. We need to upgrade our pass rush first. Specifically at LB an NT. Our secondary will play better if we force teams to throw quicker than they'd like.

Sure you can. Sporano's team had a 10 game improvement, they won their division AND tied the NFL record for fewest turnovers (coaching, coaching, coaching). Smith's team had an 8 game improvement and made it as a wildcard.

No split was needed there If it were about "numbers" then Philip Rivers should have won. His stats were the best in the league. If not him then it should have been Drew Brees or Kurt Warner. All of whom had better "number
