I agree with all of this. I think that a higher level qb will help with Marshall's confidence and will definitely give him some more opportunities to shine. But comparing him to Moss... again, think of the qb's that were throwing him the ball during his career. Think of the few times he didn't succeed (raiders) and who was throwing him the ball then? There's definitely a correlation (s

haha definitely not a lawyer... aren't one of you on this board one? I'd be happy to kick a lawyer in the neck if need be! I owe that to my ex-wife.

No I don't at all. I can see how it's perceived as that, but again, there's two sides, or even more sometimes to pereption. From my perspective, he was trying to give accolades to the qb's he played with in the pro bowl by stating that they are elite qb's that put the ball where it needed to be to make him successful and he just caught it. To claim that statement as directly slighting his

not at all. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying, in oppostion to others, that Marshall in fact DOES NOT suck. He's great and can definitely play better with a better qb. With Henne and Moore this year, he's the third best receiver overall in the AFC behind Welker and Gronkowski statistically, who both catch passes from Tom Brady. He's good and you guys refuse to see that becuase h

As I said on the other thread... Seriously, get real. We all know he drops passes but so does everyone else. He's third in the NFL in receiving yards and receptions... only behind Gronkowski and Welker who have Tom Brady throwing to them. You guys take things too personally. So what if he's a dick? His teammates get along with him and he's a GOOD DAMN RECEIVER!!!! Stop acting like litt

C'mon. He's had some bad drops this year but are you seriously gonna argue what he says? He's just speaking the truth. Does Wes welker do in Miami what he's doing in new England? Not a chance. A good qb can make a good receiver look elite.

Exactly. Unfortunately he kinda says that during his interview just a few minutes ago pointing out what GOOD qb's can do for him in putting the ball where he needs it. Still doesn't explain away his drops all season but still... Hard to argue with 4 td's from pro bowl QBs, although the defense is a lot less pressed during this game. Either way, he's a beast and is Miami's most valuable

No way. He's good. Very good. Just scored his 4th td in this game. He's been here 3 years. He needs some consistency and a qb. People always wanna give up on things too fast which causes constant turnover and inconsistency. Will never have long term success with that formula. He's the real deal on offense and should definitely NOT be traded or cut at this point. Any other opinion

U guys watching pro bowl?? You sure you wanna trade this guy?? Get real. He needs a qb and some confidence.

Giving up 27 unanswered points and a 17 point lead is most certainly folding up. So is running out of gas. By week 16 endurance shouldn't be an issue for professional athletes.

285. Momentum
Why is it that whenever Miami is playing well, it's almost an inevitable certainty that momentum swings back against them and it's always exponentially worse than as good as they were playing?? FU&K I HATE WATCHING THEM FOLD UP!!!

Yes. My educated opinion. Slightly more plausible than your blind belief in the first hand account of the story from the victim's sister. She's probably completely unbiased and accurate and completely unaffected by the savage beating of her brother. Get real. As I already stated, I don't condone any of it. But the likelihood of this story being 100% accurate is 100% improbable.

Back to the topic at hand... If you guys don't think any part of that story was sensationalized then you're delusional. Especially coming out of the northeast market. Also, typically a story like this is reported by a single outlet then distributed among the associated press word for word, with no fact checking. So even though multiple outlets are reporting it, none are verifying the accur

Roll out Moore on bootleg play action or hell even let him keep it on 3rd and 1 on bootleg run. Not Hillard over our peewee league o-line right now. Wheels done flew off the bus this game folks.

Why the fu&k does Hillard keep getting the ball on 3rd and 1? Wtf he hasn't done shit all year now suddenly he's a beast runner? Another reason why the staff needs to go. Should've been fired week 6. Hate watching this bullshit

O-line is basically, almost single-handedly, blowing this game - no protection at all - goddamn joke - I wish Columbo would fall down an escalator and land on his head.

Pipe dream for sure... But consider this... Miami doesn't monementally collaps against giants, broncos, browns, and texans, and would currently be 6-3. What would you be hoping for then? Would you still be wishing for andrew luck? First overall pick? How thin is the division between 2-7 and 6-3? I'll save you the effort. It's a mentallity. To think otherwise is a lie. Miami has all

Exactly. How much of the original team turned over from last year in San fran? Said their qb was a bust? New head coach and boom... Team is relevant. Hoping for anything in Miami to happen besides a new coaching staff, ie fleecing the team or imploding and starting over is just asking for failure. It can and is being done all over the league.

Losing mentality. The bs pass off call on Marshall deflated the team and swung momentum other way. Just what the tv execs ordered. Ny wins again!!! Hooray tv ratings!!! Dickheads

These tyPical "convenient" northeast television market penalties, or lack of them at times are horseshit. Tired of seeing that garbage. Miami's doing enough to win. Don't need to be playing refs now too.
