Agreed. Dolphins were smart to grab a tackle. people are higher on Mitchell than I am. He was part of the line that got bashed last year. Need to fortify that unit.

I agree. All the draft experts are picking Wide receivers at 14 not realizing we play in a division with two of the best d-lines in the league who Phins will have to face 4 times during the season.

And take Omar Kelly or Kelly Omar or whatever with them when they leave.

To add insult to injury. Vince Wilfork, a 400 pound NT, has two interceptions on the year. Equal to the entire Phins team.

Can someone in Miami post a billboard calling for Sparano to be fired. I will donate. This team is getting worse every year and I do not have confidence this team will get any better this year.

Interesting name. But why has no one ever mentioned this guy's name as an OC in this league. Every time someone is asked about potential viable OC candidates, his name is never mentioned. Unfortunately, there aren't as many good offensive coordinators as defensive.

I don't know where the obsession for Chilly comes from. Chilly was the OC in the title only. Reid called the plays. That was the issue he experienced in Minny; his inability to call the right plays at the right time. That was the source of tension between he and Favre.

I have to agree on this one. Unfortunately, there aren't many options. After seeing Luck, I'm sold and would probably part with a one and three this year and some choices next year. McShay has Luck going one to Carolina and Gabbert(who I don't know much about) going fifth to Arizona. Mallet depending on work outs will go to Minny. Newton - not quite sold on him since you only have one year o

They have a philosophy and system in place that no matter who comes in and who goes whether player or coaches they keep winning. With the Phins, they require ALL Pros in every position to be successful it appears. They bring in the back ups and they look better than our starters.

What has Locker done to believe that he is an NFL QB. Too many fans fall in love with college players based solely on name recognition. He completes 4 passes and throws 2 INTs in one game now we should draft him. The excuse is he played against a very good defense then what will happen when he gets to the NFL. I bet you the Rams are breathing a sigh of relief that he didn't come out. So much

Unfortunately for the Phins, they pick a bad time to have coaching and QB problems. With the labor issues, there are owners who may have second thoughts about firing their coaches. Unlike the Panthers whose coach has an expiring contract, owners would have to pay the fired coach and the new coach. Also, if you look at the teams out there, almost a third of the league may be looking to swap coa

This is perhaps the worst of all simply because we'd dominated this game from the start and in the last 3 minutes to an inferior team you collapse at home. I believe that this lost sealed the fate of this entire regime, coaches, Henne, and Ireland. Rumor has it that BP will take control of Minnesota and will be in charge of finding a coach. Well, there will be one available and a QB as well to

The problem I have with Henning's comments is he refers to the 2008 season and the current offense is not as efficient as that offense of that year. If memory serves me correct; that offense was not good as well. Leading up to the NE game, the coaches came together and discussed how they could get the offense to generate points which led to the wildcat. Second, it was not Henning's idea but r

I don't understand. What will drafting a QB in the first round accomplish? Do we draft a QB for the sake of saying we have a first round QB even if he does not develop into a legitimate NFL player. Most of the QB coming out have major question marks excluding A. Luck. Even with Luck who is considered the most "pro ready" ( remind me of Clausen last year) has a question mark regardin

The question some are asking is how did Henne regressed so much. Last year in his first season as as starter showed some promise. I can remember when Rex Ryan and his defense said that the Jets made Henne looked like Dan Marino. We blame Henne (and rightfully so) but the entire offense has regressed including the line play, the running backs. Everyone on the offense has regressed so does Henn

Read during practice that John Jerrry was playing the RT spot with McQuistan (sp) playing the RG spot. Be a bonus if this guy can shift outside and move Carey inside where he does not have to play in space. I've always felt that going into the offseason that the RT will be a major issue.

This is some good information. Everyone including writers want to place the blame on Henne. And while he should shoulder some of the blame; there is so much to go around. Honestly, I'm disappointed in Sparano because he has thrown his QB under the bus but refuses to discuss the ineptness of his CB to catch a single ball or his o line's inability to be effective which is his "expertise"

Ironically,we had a lot of "Monday Morning GMs" who were complaining regarding this past draft because we didn't use the opportunity to draft Cody and Kindle. We need to leave the football decisions to guys who are paid to do just that.

I wouldn't worry about what these writers think. It's been a slow offseason and they're probably sitting around twiddling their thumbs right about now. Every year there is a team that everyone wants to anoint as the Super Bowl champions before playing one game. Let's see who will eat their words in the end. As for the Jets, in the words of Denny Green...."you want to crown their a@#, the

Reshad Jones is considered more of a "strong safety" than a free because of his inconsistency in space. Dekoda Watson an OLB from FSU. Only 6'1. Andre Roberts is another small frame possession receiver. Phillip Dillard is a 6'0 MLB so not sure how he fits in the size requirements John Connor - no idea. Nate Collins. Live in VA and he was productive at DE/DT but size may
