I agree with the consistency, I also hope they allow Tanny to continue moving the ball with his feet. It was comforting to see variation from standard drop back passes. I believe that had a large part improving his confidence during the Oakland game.

I believe the appropriate action is to place all Dolphin staff into a line-up and one by one they are fired by Ross. Make this public and place it on TV. At least we will get some entertainment out of it. Increase the action by giving Ross a gun that shoots out a flag with the words "YOU'RE FIRED".
