Let me toss a "what if" out there. Find a cerebral former head coach who no longer has the fire in his belly for the kind of work needed to be a head coach so that he is no danger to Gase. Give him some meaningless title, but his job is clock management, challenge management, and other things which head coaches (especially young and inexperienced ones) often forget in the heat of batt
