Not a bad idea, although as Mando points out, how much does Tom still have in the tank, and would he want to keep Campbell around? Also worth noting is that he may not be cool with being a stepping stone, no matter who the heir apparent is. I prefer Coughlin to Shanahan, personally. I'd rather see McDaniels, Jackson, and even Payton (although it seems he has no intention of coming here) Not a

Lippett made a great play on a deep ball, and i remember Hewitt taking a Pats RB out of his cleats. Both were pretty solid IMO.

I'm not a huge fan of the new logo, but it could have been worse... I agree that they should have kept with the leaping dolphin motif, but the rest of the uniform isn't that bad. I like the colors, and the font for the numbers is good. I am not a fan of the fact they took almost all of the orange away, though. All that being said, I think they ought to just make the throwbacks the new uniforms.

Absolutely keep Dan Campbell. I'm tired of retread coaches coming here and getting handled. When people say "Campbell will be a great coach one day, but not right now, and certainly not for us" all I can do is groan and say in response that Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm not exactly high on any of the coaching options out there currently, and I think keeping Campbell and building a mor

I think the Marlins may take issue with that... On second thought, nah, screw those guys. They can have Sun Life, we must rebuild!!

You raise some thought provoking points, although I tend to think it mostly comes down to money. The big name players who sell jerseys are the ones who get talked about, and the teams with the biggest markets get the most air time. With some big wins more fans will come and our air time will grow. Lets face it, we have a small but rabid fan base and we haven't made enough of a splash to warran

I refuse to watch the NFL network and ESPN because of their rampant homerism when it comes to the Pats, Giants, Jets, and now the bills since RR took over there.

Well luckily I went to the Chargers game last year and that was great, and I went last Sunday and it was PHENOMENAL. Can't wait to go back for the Ravens game and hopefully see my streak at the stadium extend to 3-0. Anyways, we need to continue this hurricane of intensity we've got going on and that will go a long way to beating the Patriots. Well, that and not committing 40 penalties in a g

OK, so I was at the game yesterday, and all I can say is WOW!!!! The electricity in the air right from the moment the 'Phins came out of the tunnel to Metallica was palpable! The first two quarters were the LOUDEST I've ever heard coming from a Dolphins crowd... The 12th man was in full effect in Miami! RT looked razor sharp and Matthews, Landry, and Miller were absolutely on fire, and whe

Well, obviously it wasn't perfect but it certainly laid the framework for improvement. Every team makes mistakes, even the good ones, the difference is that the great ones have a short memory. And that's exactly what I saw from our team, the ability to make those mistakes and come right back at the other guys. Perfect? far from it, but I'll take it and hope to see more of the same.

I want to see us eat pretty-boy brady. Nothing would make me happier than spoiling their little tea party. That being said, that was a great game on all fronts, yeah sure there were mistakes but we finally played a whole game and set the tone. Now on to next week...

Pissed off and (almost) nothing to lose, national media pouring gasoline onto a "dumpster fire"... I think we'll see a different team for sure. They gotta be tired of all the negativity.

Finishing drives and being efficient in the red zone are also two glaring flaws. I just wish people would stop harping on the deep ball issue, more often than not it fails no matter who is throwing it, and its ludicrous to force the issue if it isn't Tannehill's forte. There are more ways than one to skin a defense. On the subject of attitude, I really think that 'Dan the Man v2.0' will g

Realistic expectations for Sunday? Any predictions? Does anyone think Campbell's recipe of simplicity and physicality will rev up the players, or will he be humiliated in his debut? Personally, I think we win 20-14. I foresee a rejuvenated team fresh off the bye, eager to prove something on the road, and a lot of heart out there. PHINS UP!
